Superb luxury farmhouse completely renovated in 2013 by an architect.

Ideally located between Uzès (15kms), The Pont du Gard (15km), Avignon (35Kms), Nîmes (35km) and the gorges of Ardeche (30Kms).

The south facing farmhouse enjoys a prime location in the heart of the beautiful village of Connaux, where you can enjoy walking to shops (bakers, butchers, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, café, restaurants ...).

You have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a large living room with open kitchen on it, a desk and a pantry, totaling 180m² habitable + a 60m² terrace with its bioclimatic pergola.

The house is on a 800sqm of land fenced (4 cars can park in the car park closes) with electric gate and videophone.

No overlooked.

The 8X4 pool features a 100m² beach and a pergola.

Various facilities are available:

Merci à Fabrice pour l'accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée ! Merci pour cette magnifique maison (encore plus jolie en vrai que sur les photos) ! Le village de Connaux est charmant, l'ensemble des commerces à même pas 2 mn à pied et les commerçants sont vraiment sympa... Je recommande vivement. A bientôt peut-être pour de nouvelles vacances chez vous (je ne tutoie pas, mais ça n'est pas l'envie qui manque).

De accomodatie was zeer goed. Heel proper, ruim, verzorgde tuin, heel vriendelijke ontvangst, het was een heel aangename vakantie. Ook de lokatie valt heel goed mee om leuke plekken in de omgeving te ontdekken. Tips: de wifi-ontvangst kan versterking gebruiken zodat de kids ook boven en buiten een goede ontvangst hebben. Op de bovenverdieping hadden we een bijkomende airco-unit kunnen gebruiken. In elk geval, het was een zeer geslaagde vakantie, een mooie lokatie, kortom een aanrader! Peter, Joke, Filip, Régine en kids.

Tolles Haus, toller Gastgeber, tolle Umgebung

Wir haben im August eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus von Fabrice verbracht. Das Haus ist super: sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, die Ausstattung sehr sehr gut ( tolle Bäder, gute Betten, viel Platz). Auch die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist prima. Wir waren 6 Personen und sind uns nicht „ auf die Füße getreten“ :-) Der Pool und der Aussenbereich mit Garten und Terrasse ist sehr schön und privat. Haus befindet sich im Ort, Bäcker, Metzger, Kiosk und zwei Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar, quasi um die Ecke. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen und ich kann das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!! Kontakt zu Fabrice und seinem Vater Jean-Pierre hat fantastisch geklappt. Merci Fabrice et Jean-Pierre, vous avez été très sympathiques et arrangeants et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise. Merci aussi pour le vin, nous avons emporté quelques bouteilles de la délicieuse rouge a la maison. A bientôt, Constance

Agréable séjour, très belle maison propre avec tous les commerces à proximité. Parties ombragées et ensoleillées dans le jardin et piscine très propre. Spa dans la chambre parentale et tout confort dans la maison. Accueil de qualité avec propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Je vous conseille cette location.

Superbe location

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans ce superbe mas entièrement refait. Les matériaux sont de très belles qualités. La maison et la piscine sont magnifiques et tout est très propre. Laurent est un hôte tout à fait charmant qui a partagé avec nous ses bonnes adresses de restaurants. Depuis Connaux, on peut visiter très facilement le Pont du Gard, Avignon et, un peu plus loin, la Grotte Chauvet qui vaut le déplacement ! Uzès, pour le marché et les commerces n'est pas loin.
