Between Toulouse and Auch, near the village of Simorre, come and discover this old renovated farmhouse (230 m²). Calm and authentic place with magnificent views of the countryside, it will allow you to visit the region and discover its cultural and gastronomic riches. You can also take advantage of the large covered terrace, the 1 hectare site, the private swimming pool and the barbecue.

Très bon séjour en famille en Gascogne

La maison est un beau travail de rénovation, à l’écart de Tournan, ce qui nous allait très bien. La piscine chauffée à été appréciée, ainsi qu’un beau terrain de pétanque. Ça restera un très bon souvenir pour nous.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette très belle et grande maison ! Des hôtes accueillants, un emplacement isolé et au calme, une cuisine bien équipée, des chambres spacieuses, une literie confortable et surtout l'immense terrasse ombragée et la piscine bien placée... Maison très grande avec joli intérieur, literie de très bonne qualité. Les propriétaires nous ont bien accueillis avec de petites attentions. Belle dépendance couverte pour prendre l’apéro et manger en extérieur. Piscine bien équipée. Pas loin de la maison il y a de quoi faire des activités nautiques et accrobranche.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location

We were warmly welcomed to this lovely house and it looked even more beautiful than the photos on the website. The large hanger/barn area was our dining area/evening relaxing spot and the children had table tennis tournaments in there everyday! The view across the fields was stunning at all times of day. The house was clean, comfortable, well equipped and cool. And best of all, the pool was heated which meant that we could play in it for hours. We would recommend this house to anyone ... it's wonderful!

Tranquillité et famille

Cette maison a beaucoup de charme dans un style rustique. Elle bien équipée et un séjour hors saison serait agréable. Si vous cherchez un endroit isolé, c'est idéal. Pas de voisin proche, pas de route (accès pas une voie sans issue en terre), pas de nuisance et un ciel étoilé d'une grande pureté ! Il y a quand même des commerces mais il faut compter 15 min de voiture. Pour la vie en extérieur, l'équipement est pléthorique : deux barbecues (gaz et charbon), table de ping pong, babyfoot, jeux en tout genre, balançoires,... La piscine est en très bon état mais assez petite par rapport à ce que laissent penser les photos (il faut bien trouver un petit point négatif, avec l'absence de wifi et une connexion 3G très difficile). Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et aimable. Vous pouvez avoir confiance en lui. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous!

Petit paradis, c'est ici!

Grande maison pleine de charmes, de calme et baignée dans une mer de tournesols... Un endroit où on peut observer le gibier traverser les chemins, des rapaces survoler les champs.... amis de la nature, vous allez être conquis! Maison équipée en tous points: accessoires pour bébés, jeux pour les plus grands enfants, piscine chauffée,... Propreté du lieux, literie en bon état... Bref, adresse parfaitissimale! Un petit coin de paradis qui nous a ravis ;-) Et puis, je transmets l'avis unanime de nos enfants: 'C'est nul... parce qu'une semaine c'est beaucoup trop court!!!!'
