Noirmoutier house in the heart of Old and 100 meters from the beach

Ideally located, comfortable with a lovely decoration in the heart of a fishing village: The Old.
Everything is done on foot or by bike.
The beaches are very close and a Valdingo club is the smallest in July and August. The walled garden and terrace allows to enjoy the quiet sun. The house is not on the street. It must go through the entrance and parking lot owners to reach home and private garden.
A supermarket, is 50 m with fresh bread in the morning. Also a newsagent and 2 coffees.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Ce logement est très agréable et situé tout près de la plage. Au sein d'un petit bourg agréable et animé, l'appartement est très spacieux. Nous avons apprécié qu'il y ait une salle de bain par chambre. Le jardin est également un gros plus et la communication avec le propriétaire à été idéale.

Ideal pour week end en famille

Location très sympa avec salle de bain dans chaque chambre. Le préau est très appréciable pour profiter des repas dehors. Logement fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire disponible. Situation tres pratique avec le Spar à proximité pour les courses d'appoint. La plage est accessible à pied.

Il faut le GPS pour pour retrouver le gîte. La propreté est très limite, les couettes sont plus que sales,pas de table,pas de télévision, le linge n'est pas fourni. L'accueil est nul.la photo qui se trouve sur votre cite n'est pas la photo du gîte

Chère Madame, merci d avoir pris le temps d'écrire un commentaire même si je ne le trouve pas adapté et peu représentatif de la réalité. Vous semblez avoir été déçue de votre séjour et je le regrette bien évidemment. Vous notez d une étoile la prestation alors que les locataires précédents et suivants ont donné la meilleure note !!!. La photo qui est sur le site est bien celle de la maison et les photos de l intérieur montrent bien la présence d'une table haute et basse. Pas de télé mais elle n est pas signalée sur le site et pas indispensable tellement il y a de choses à découvrir sur l ile de Noirmoutier... je prends en considération les remarques sur la propreté et vais mettre tout en œuvre pour y remédier. Bien cordialement.

Séjour très agréable dans une petite maison très bien agencée. Idéale pour une famille de 4 En plein cœur du petit village du vieil et à proximité immédiate des plages de sable fin, nous avons pu tout faire en vélo et découvrir le charme de Noirmoutier On reviendra.

wir lieben die Insel! und haben uns im le Vieil und besonders in diesem Kleinode sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist sehr gut durchdacht und die Ausstattung sehr zweckmäßig. Wir kommen gerne wieder ;-)
