New studio (non smoking) which offers a habitable space of 30m2. Any comfort with small terrace and closed garden. Ideal for 2 people. Very quiet place. Conveniently located near Port Olonna 10 minutes walk, various shops, restaurants and taverns in the vicinity. The sea is a 20-minute walk away. There is a ferry boat from the Vendée Globe pontoon that takes you from the port of Olonna to the Remblais, There is also a free shuttle bus to the city center and the embankment from the fire station of July 1 until the end of August. All served by many cycle tracks

Très bon séjour

Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont très arrangeants et aimables. Le studio était impeccable à notre arrivée et vraiment très propre. Il est très bien équipé pour faire sa cuisine pendant son séjour et convient très bien pour 2 ou 3 personnes. Sa localisation est pratique pour se rendre en ville à vélo ou rejoindre les plages environnantes. La proximité de la route peut être dérangeante car celle-ci est assez passante. Le petit coin d'herbe devant est appréciable, surtout avec les transats et le parasol fournis. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et je recommande cette location.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort général du logement quasi neuf, ainsi que sa localisation par rapport au centre ville, port et bord de mer. Et aussi le contact très amical avec les propriétaires. Un petit complément de matériel de cuisine serait apprécié par ceux qui séjournent plusieurs jours et qui aiment cuisiner... Très bien dans l'ensemble.

Studio très propre et fonctionnel correspondant exactement aux photos décrites dans l'annonce. Terrasse agréable malgré le vis-à-vis et le bruit de la rue. Centre-ville des Sables d'Olonne à 10mn en voiture et zone commerciale à 5mn en voiture. Stationnement facile. Bon accueil et disponibilité des propriétaires. Seul regret : ne pas avoir pu profiter du salon de jardin comme mentionné dans l'annonce.
