This house was perfect for our family as it comfortably fit our 10 guests. The 4 bathrooms were handy to have with our large group and the house was very spacious. The owner, Julius was good to work with and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

My crew stayed here for 3 weeks. They loved it. Made it feel like just like home.
The owner was quick to respond and helpful and needed. I recommend this place!
This house was perfect for our group of 6 women for a weekend getaway. The house is nicely furnished, spacious and very clean. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood where we felt very safe. The owner was very easy to deal with and quick to answer questions. I highly recommend this rental for groups or families, you won't be disappointed!

Poor experience, ruined plans!
Property was not guest-ready in the most basic way. Too many things to pinpoint as deficient. A plus, is that the owner came by in effort to rectify situation.
This property was advertised as 6 bed 4 bath. However, one bathroom is under construction and locked and the ensuite bathroom door didn't close, making the property a 2 bath. We used the property to get ready for a wedding, so this was beyond problematic. Also, BBQ was completely unusable, so our steaks we brought were thrown out. VERY pet stained carpet and odor in the property. Dim outside light made arrival in the evening unsafe. Ironing board didn't have a cover that fit, no functioning smoke alarm, tape on the walls from past party decorations. No sort of refund offered from owners. Do not recommend.
A few deficits. Not enough cutlery, glasses, cups, seating for six bedrooms. Bbq was dirty. Lock on second bathroom broken. No corkscrew. Grounds and driveway unkempt. No compost bin outside. However, the property worked well for our group so we felt well served.

we had 7 adults and 1 infant in this group
there were only 2 full baths available the 3rd had a piece of paper saying out of order and the 4th advertised in the master did not have a bathroom. The host said the previous renters reported the 1 bathroom (toilet) unserviceable and did not want repairs while there. we insisted on a plumber as we could not manage with limited facilities. the plumber was able to unblock the toilet after he took out tons of baby wipes!! the bathroom stunk for 2 whole days, it was full of mold pictures available.
the house smelled really moldy and possibly of smoke. Because we had an infant we mopped the floor in the living and dining room and have a picture of the color of the water which will give you an idea of the last time the floor was cleaned!!!
The dishwasher had not drained from last use - picture available and a plumber had to be called by the host to fix the appliance
House for 12 had 6 coffee mugs, 4 table spoons, no towels, smell of the pillows in each room was so bad we purchased new pillows
The bbq had remains of the previous users dinner, there were holes in the ceiling and vents through the house were moldy. would like to send pictures, not enough of space here
Great place for multi-families or groups. Some updates are due. The BBQ was unusable. Litter in the yard from previous guests. Inside wear and tear was visible but functional. Took a bit to get the wi-fi password which was not visible as indicated. Overall we had a restful and spacious stay.

Mismanaged Property
Although we had booked this property 2 weeks in advance, our arrival was a complete surprise to the property manager. At check-in time (4:00 pm) the house had not been cleaned since the last guest(s). We were greeted with dirty towels, food and crumbs all over the place, a sink full of dirty dishes, full garbage bags, and unchanged beds. After calling the property manager, we were met with his complete confusion about our stay. The manager came to the house and told us that his cleaning crew had been too busy to have the house cleaned on time, so he asked if we could come back in 3 hours. We left with our party, including 3 senior citizens. We were called at 8:00pm and told that we could return to the property, however he informed us that there was no hot water as the hot water heater wasn't working. We returned to find 2 people working unsuccessfully on the water heater. I had to get into the grimy furnace room and fix it myself. I then told him that he needed to have it inspected as the burner wasn't put together properly. After the manager left, we found the house lacking in basic supplies, such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, and towels. For instance, there were 7 people staying at the property, and we were given 6 towels. As well, we were left with one dish towel and no dish cloths. We also realized that the barbeque was in complete disrepair, as it had no bottom, and drippings from previous users had fallen directly onto the wooden deck. This was not only a mess, but a dangerous fire hazard, and a fire extinguisher was nowhere to be found. The yard and fence also lacked care and maintenance. It should also be mentioned that although it was July, scraps of Christmas decorations remained on some of the walls in the living room.
On a positive note, the house was a good size for the number of people in our group. The neighbourhood is nice, and the air-conditioning was great. Having the opportunity for our family members to stay in a house together was the redeeming factor of our stay.
The property was good for our large family. But lacked a working microwave and dishwasher. Missing some pillow cases. Bottom of bbq was missing. Short on wine glasses. This could be a amazing rental. Just that extra attention to detail and cleaning.
We had 2 families consisting of 10 people staying at this house. We were able to stay and play comfortably. Place was clean and inviting, and will definitely consider this place again for our family getaway!
Our family of 12 stayed with this property over Christmas and were very happy with our stay. The house was well equipped in the kitchen and throughout the entire house. It was decorated for the holidays and was cozy. I would recommend this property.
This place is great for families. We had 6 adults and 4 kids under the age of 4 and it was perfect. The only area that wasn’t great for kids was the backyard but there’s a nice deck space.
This was a group of moms with kids for a conference in town. It was a great location for where we needed to be. Was a nice quiet road and fit us all nicely.

Though we run a number of vacation rental properties, this particular property is unique in terms of size, layout and location. Nestled in a moderately expensive middle class NW neighbourhood, Dalhousie, its convenience to everything, gives it an edge over it competitors. The Dalhousie train station is a comfortable walking distance from the property. So are the Northland Mall, COOP and SAFEWAY Groceries. Dalhousie station is two stops to the University of Calgary Station and is about 15minutes ride to Downtown Calgary. From the property, there is a quick connection to Crowchild Trail and Stoney Trail for your Banff, Lake Louise and other mountains when you visit Calgary
