Should head count surpass the 18 allowed occupancy, guests will pay an additional charge of $100/guest per day whether it be overnight or day visitors. Only 7 cars are allowed on long driveway and no street parking/ loading or unloading and or drop offs are allowed. Trash must be taken away but guest upon check out. Surveillance cameras and noise measuring apps are installed in the property, strict NO Party policy. A rental agreement disclosing all rules must be signed by guest before check-in.
