Park City Daly Dream is a gorgeous, newly constructed, luxury home in Old Town. It offers 2,100 square feet, three levels, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

On the first level, you will find a comfortable living room with mountain contemporary furnishings, a warm gas fireplace and a 55” Smart TV, and beautiful hardwood flooring throughout this level.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances including a Wolf gas range, a SubZero refrigerator, and everything the chef in your group will need. This amazing space also has lovely quartz countertops, a farm sink and a kitchen island with seating for six.

Three of the four bedrooms are master suites and are located on the second level. The first is the grand master suite that offers a king size bed, warm gas fireplace, a 55” Smart TV and a full private bathroom featuring a soaking tub, a steam shower, dual sinks, and quartz countertops. The room also has a Juliette balcony to take in the fresh air and Old Town Park City views.

The second master also offers a king bed, a 55” Smart TV and a private bath with quartz counters and a beautiful tile shower. The third master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with quartz countertops and a lovely tile shower.

On the third level is the fourth bedroom offering a queen bed and access to a full bathroom with a tile shower. The second living room on this level has a comfortable sofa with two twin sleepers and a 60” Smart TV.

Park City ski trip

The house was clean and spacious enough for 6 adults. The location was great as short walk or drive to town and short drive to slopes. It was nice having private driveway as car was to long to fit in garage. The house was well equipped however there were only 3 tablets for dishwasher which was not enough for 5 night stay for 6. It would be nice if there was a place to put on and take off ski boots as they did not want ski boots/equipment in house. The marble countertops are not ideal as there are instructions so as not to stain which we abided by. Overall it was a great and convenient place to stay for our ski trip and would recommend.

This beautiful home was perfect! It had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of space, very comfortable, and a short walk down the hill to Main Street.
