Ideal for recharging

Gascon restored farmhouse situated in the hills near a grove gerçoises composed of ancient oaks. The vegetation around the house is Mediterranean
The house includes a kitchen, a living room, two toilets, two bathrooms en suite with two bedrooms. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, TV etc ...
Outside, there are two terraces overlooking a vegetable garden which is covered. Possibility to use the outdoor barbecue.

The temperature inside the house is ideal in summer because the walls are stone.
The activities are many and varied. A leisure center for swimming is located 6 km from the house, many marked hiking trails earth can be borrowed.
In July, the festival Tempo Latino in Vic Fezensac, in August Jazz in Marciac and the many village festivals will satisfy tourists.
One can also visit the many villages (castelnaus or houses) where gastronomy is always waiting for you.

Charming gite

We enjoyed hot, sunny, cloudless days and made good use of the shady parts of the garden which affords total privacy and looks out over a reservoir. The property is fairly remote, with no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance so a car is essential. Accommodation is not as spacious as it seems on the website but it was fine for two of us and there is obviously work still going on to renovate other parts of the building. Decor is stylish and the kitchen is well-equipped.

Merci d'être venus chez moi. La maison se trouve effectivement en pleine nature et permet de profiter de la tranquillité et du calme. La maison dispose de 14 pièces. Je ne loue effectivement que 4 pièces ce qui correspond à environ 75 mètres carrés. Ca viendra bientôt quand j'aurai tout rénové, je pourrai louer la maison entière qui fait 250 mètres carrés.

Étonnement d’abord d’être en haut d’une colline et de ne pas en avoir la vue. Néanmoins le gite est très bien aménagé, pratique et déjeuner dehors à l’abri du soleil et du vent : un plus. Accueil sympathique.

Una estancia en plena soledad sin nadie a 6 kms del lugar

Aceptable no se ha dicho lo aislado que estaba los Pirineos,como me decía,no se veían.En un lugar como este tienes que ir en grupo encima la TV no funcionaba menos mal que alguien de otro pueblo vino a arreglarla.No volvería más.Pade cuatro no he's y pagué 5 no me devolvió una noche el dueño tenía cita hospital un día antes y tenía que adelantar mi salida .Decepcionante y el dueño ni se digno llamarme,era su hermana la que nos dio las llaves esperándola un cuarto de hora .Fue una pena.
