Liberty Farm - Historic farm house w/pool; sleeps 7

This historic farm house on 5 acres is located in the quaint and picturesque town of Thompson’s Station, TN, Williamson County (where many country stars also reside). It is located 10 mins from the City of Franklin, 5 mins drive from FirstBank Amphitheater/ Graystone Quarry wedding venue and 30 minutes from Nashville, TN. Conveniently located with easy access to I-65 and 840.

This 2200 sq Ft home is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths on the first floor and a 4th hideaway daybed/twin sized bed on a 2nd floor. (3 queen sized beds downstairs and one twin bed upstairs). Master bath is a tub/shower combo, 2nd bath is clawfoot tub with handheld shower. It sleeps 7 people comfortably. Note: Layout of house may not be favorable for smaller toddlers. Large pool is open in the summer. (Usually May thru mid September subject to weather). Pool is not heated.
No pets of any kind permitted, no exceptions, no smoking and no large party event or gatherings permitted on the property.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels and washcloths in washing machine and start cycle prior to departure. **Note beach towels should be washed and dried prior to departure.
If no towels to clean, place sheets and pillowcases in washing machine (not comforters). You may start cycle prior to departure. Do not overload.
Remove all trash, turn off lights and make sure all curtains and blinds are closed prior to departure. Ok to leave ceiling fans on during summer months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Liberty Farm was a lovely, historic farm house. The house is beautifully appointed with anything you might need. The pool was wonderful. The Farm is conveniently located to both Nashville and Franklin.

I can not even begin to explain how happy we were with this home. Vicki was amazing, the home was very clean and if you love victorian decor and history, you will appreciate the beauty it has. I ended up renting the home because it was only 1.3 miles from the Firstbank Amphitheater where we were attending a concert. This home was literally one block away so we did not have to deal with long traffic times and long lines. We stayed 3 nights. I would highly recommend staying here if you are attending a wedding or a concert at the Firstbank.

Love This Place

Beautiful place. Love the location with quick access to Franklin and surrounding area historical sites. We love the pool that we can lounge around and just enjoy the day. This was the 4th time we have stayed here and Vicky and her family make always make sure we enjoy our stay.

Vicky was fantastic as was the home. We were in town for the holidays and were visiting family about a mile away. This home comfortably fit our family of 5 and my in-laws. My only wish is that we had visited during warmer weather so that we could have enjoyed the pool and the fire pit. They looked very inviting.
