The Springs condo is the most guest-friendly Lodge in Keystone with great amenities and unbeatable location. This 2BR/2BA 3rd floor Apartment is less than a minute walk to the River Run Ski Lifts and all the shops and restaurants in the Center of Keystone, with a balcony and views of the mountains to the east.

The building has 2 large hot tubs, a heated pool with waterfall and slide and a toddler pool. There is also a fitness center with a steam room, theater room with a large TV/DVD and pool tables. Underground parking and elevators.

The first bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a sofa bed in the living area and additional air mattresses are available from the rental company on request.

Once you reserve, I will pass your contact details to the local rental company who have an easy and efficient phone-based arrival and check-in process and are on-call during your entire stay.

Not exactly luxurious as advertised. Was a bit dated and tired. While the kitchen was well appointed, there was absolutely no place to store food and the counter space is limited. Small details overlooked such as extra towel hooks in the bathrooms, budget toilet paper, and crammed closets so no place to put our suitcases, etc. Was tight for six people. On the positive side, great location, nice pool and hot tub area, and easy walk to River Run Gondola and to the village.

Nice stay at The Springs, Keystone River Run

The unit was a nice fit for our family of four: well-appointed with the right living vs. sleeping spaces. Better mattresses would be a sensible upgrade, o/w fine. Lower level parking and ski lockers were helpful. Finally, the ‘back route’ to River Run gondola was great.

Great Ski Condo

Condo itself was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable. Dining table was great with plenty of room for everyone. The condo complex is very nice, and kid-oriented with outdoor heated pool and indoor pool table and movie room. Easy access to the slopes - the main gondola is about a 5 minute walk in ski boots with current construction going on, probably easier once the construction is complete. Also, less than a 5 minute walk to get to the area eateries and shops. We'll definitely keep this spot in mind when we return to Keystone in the future!

The condo itself was great but the overall property was disappointing. Family friendly!

The condo itself was as advertised but the overall property was disappointing. The owner went above and beyond to help with the issues we ran into. We went in mid-August. Condo was comfortable, spacious and stocked with extra linens/kitchen items. As mentioned in previous posts there is wear and tear to the condo but were all cosmetic. Walking distance to the village and lift. The village had several restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Unfortunately we had issues with the management company on checking in/receiving timely information. I reached out to the owner who went above and beyond to make sure we got into the condo. The property was not as expected. -One of the two hot tubs was closed. -The open hot tub’s jets only worked half the time. -The water slide had such low water that you couldn’t make it to the pool without propelling yourself. -The poolside grill was broken. A second grill set out but was also non-functional. - Finally, there was significant construction on the property. This created significant noise all day, everyday. I reached out to the owner during the stay. They apologized and said they would reach out to the management company but offered no other solution/partial refund. I’m not sure what other solution there is as the condo itself was as advertised. Overall, family friendly, comfortable, well stocked and great location. The building amenities need significant attention. I would recommend checking on the construction status as this caused significant noise/disruption everyday.

No Toilet Paper!!

The oven burners didn't work when we first got to the unit....they weren't hooked up. Then when we called for another trash bag & a couple of rolls of toilet paper, I was told I needed to supply my own!!

Condo is in a great location-- a hundred yards or so from River Run Village. Nice pool area and hot tub. The place is on the small side-- more than 4 adults would be a stretch. Appliances and bathrooms are somewhat dated. It was clean but the sofa and beds smelled kind of funky. All in all, it was a nice place and we had a pleasant stay.

This 2 bedroom unit had everything we needed to enjoy our mountain vacation. Plenty of room for 5 of us. The amenities at the property were great to keep the kids entertained while we enjoyed some relaxing walks. I am planning to stay in this unit next summer when we return.

I was disappointed in the condition of the unit. Apparently it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned as there was a dirty sock as well as a toy in clear view in the family room. Additionally, there were multiple lightbulbs out. I found it difficult to get in touch with the property management. The ski locker lock was non functional so we paid to store our skis at the base. The location was very convenient to the mountain.

My apologies David. This is the first bad review I’ve seen for this unit. I’ll visit in two weeks after the season is over and talk with the management company and replace anything thats suffered too much wear and tear.

What makes this property unique

This building is unique because it has the best amenities in all of Keystone (heated pool with slide, wading pool, grill, fire pit, hot tub, gym, game room, movie room) and is one of the closest to the Gondola and Ski Schools. It might be the second or third closest, but anyway its less than a minute walk away.
