About this property

A 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, Upstairs, above garage condo unit. On a quiet cul de sac. Peaceful, only 2 other condos in unit. Tahoe decor. New furnishings and appliances. One bedroom with king bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with double bed on bottom. 4 guests max. Washer and dryer in unit. Nice patio with gas grill. Large driveway parking and spot in garage for average size car. (Street parking is not allowed. )
1 block to small shopping center with a grocery store, post office and our favorite Mexican restaurant.
Private city beach 1/2 mile away. Also a nice bike path/ walking trail. Several ski resorts nearby. Everything you want for a wonderful Tahoe vacation!

Simplistically Awesome

Really great place! Very easy to communicate with the owner and even similar check in. Neighbors were up pretty late and were a little loud but no different than if my own neighbors had a bbq.
