Enjoy expansive lake views from the wrap-around deck of this rustic Old Tahoe cabin surrounded by Conservancy land! With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and dining area, the cabin will be your cozy family getaway in Kings Beach. This cabin can accommodate up to six people, 4 adults (max) and two children.
The main floor has the master king bedroom with a pillow top bed and large closet. A full bath with shower and bath tub, kitchen, washer/dryer, a dining nook seating up to eight, an open breakfast bar with seating for three, and living room. The main living areas have a panoramic view of the lake. Glass doors from the dining area open to the wrap-around full lake view deck, with table seating for six, and bench seating lining the perimeter of the deck. There is also a relaxing hammock to enjoy an afternoon siesta or a good book. The living room has a gas fireplace, cable TV, DVD player, Roku, full couch and easy chair. Upstairs is a queen loft with a pillow top bed, a den with two full fold down beds, a full bathroom, TV and kids games. The cabin is also equipped with wireless internet. There are amazing lake views from the living room, kitchen, dining area and loft. The master bedroom and den have great forest views. This cabin is surrounded by open space on three sides!
The view from the deck is truly spectacular; perfect for basking in the Tahoe sun while enjoying your morning coffee, an afternoon respite or watching the breathtaking Lake Tahoe sunsets.
Trails and sledding are literally right in your back yard, steps from your front door, no need to drive anywhere! A plethora of beaches are minutes away as well as world class skiing. The cabin is within minutes of the restaurants and quaint shops of Kings Beach, Crystal Bay Casinos, and Kings Beach public beach. An awesome trail system is located at the end of the street for mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and dirt bike riding. Kings Beach public beach is less than one mile away. Multiple public beaches within a 10 minute drive. Northstar Ski Resort and Diamond Peak are both 7 miles away. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Mt. Rose Ski Resorts are all 15-18 miles away. Brockway Golf Course is less than two miles away. Tahoe City and Incline Village are short ten-minute drives away.
This home can accommodate up to six people (4 adults and 2 children). There are movies, books, games, sleds, beach towels, beach toys, and beach chairs for your enjoyment. Portable crib and high chair are provided. Off street parking with room for two vehicles. This is the perfect family getaway no matter the season! There is also a shed for your use to securely store your outdoor items. The property is equipped with one outdoor security camera.

For everyone’s enjoyment and to be a good neighbor during your visit, please adhere to the following rules. STR operators and guests can be cited or fined for violating any of the provisions of the Placer County Short Term Rental Ordinance.
Noise
Please always respect your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Please move indoors by 9 pm. Amplified sound, meaning sound whose volume is increased by any electric, electronic, mechanical, or motor-powered means (such as speakers), shall not be used outside or be audible from the parcel line of any short-term rental at any time. No sound from the STR shall be audible from the parcel line of any short-term vacation rental unit during this time. A call to the Short-Term Rental Complaint Hotline will result in a visit from Placer County Code Compliance staff and repeat violations can result in fines.
Parking
Please park vehicles, boats, and trailers only in the designated parking areas provided for your rental. On-site parking is required for short-term rental guests unless a county-approved designated off-site parking plan has been approved. Parking on the street may result in a fine, ticket, or your vehicle being towed. (Two vehicles only for this rental)
Occupancy
The maximum occupancy amount for your home must be upheld. Nighttime occupancy limits are enforced after 9 pm. ( max of 4 adults and 2 children)
Snow
Please be prepared for winter weather, wear proper clothing, and stay in bounds at ski resorts. If you get lost, stay in place. Pets
Pets must always be secured on the property. Please do not leave pets unattended or allow them to roam unleashed, and always clean up after them. (There are NO pets allowed on this property)
Garbage & Bears
Placer County sorts recycling from the waste for you at our materials recovery facilities. Only dispose of waste in bear-proof trash receptacles. Do not leave food in an unattended car. Bears may break into and damage cars or homes when food has been left out or windows or doors are open. Trash accumulation outside of containers is strictly prohibited.
Fire Restrictions
All outdoor wood or charcoal burning is prohibited, including open wood burn pits, bonfires, campfires, and charcoal grills. Propane grills and natural gas/propane burning fireplaces and fire pits with 20-pound tanks or smaller are prohibited and must be at least 10 feet from flammable structures and materials. When a National Weather Service Red Flag Warning is in effect for the geographical area where the short-term rental is located, all sources of outdoor open flame (including gas/propane/pellet BBQs) are prohibited by local fire jurisdictions. (There are NO BBQ's, portable grills or fire pits allowed on this property)
Other
Guests are prohibited from subletting a short-term rental. Incidental camping in tents or on decks as well as sleeping in trailers or RVs parked on the short-term rental overnight is not authorized. Additionally, hosting special events (weddings, corporate events, commercial functions, etc.) requires a permit issued by the county.
Fines for Violations
Fines range from $1,500 to $5,000/citation and may be issued to both guests and Short-Term Rental owners.
