This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, two bathroom home is steps from Crystal River, has a pool, and is ready to host you, your friends, and family. A pull out couch in the living room acts a bonus sleeping area. Take the two bikes out for a cruise around the neighborhood, or get the family out on the river in the double and single kayaks. Our family has been coming to Crystal River for years and is happy to give you the local insider knowledge to make for a great vacation. There is also a discounted rate of 10% for 7 nights and additional 12% for 28 nights and longer.

This is a great property with close proximity to Kings Bay access. The pool was a huge plus with two kids as were the kayaks. We hope to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay - The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our boat trailer, and the seawall was just a short walk to tie up the boat everyday. The pool was a great bonus after a day on the water, and the fenced yard was perfect for our little dog. From kayaks, paddle boards and bikes - they thought of everything to make a Crystal River trip enjoyable! The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed a great scalloping trip with the neighbor from Salt River Outfitters. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home for our family. Pool we perfect for littles and adults. Close to the water; kayaks were a lot of fun. Bait/tackle and sandwich at the end of the street owned by a husband and wife who were beyond nice and helpful. Home is ready for all your needs. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful!

Perfect place to stay for scalloping

The property is nice. A lot of space, off the main road, has a huge yard, and perfect for family and friend gathering. The pool is a great amenity when you have kids. The yard is big enough to have several vehicles and a boat on the trailer. I will stay here again!

Relaxing getaway

This property is in the perfect location for relaxation. The house is spacious with plenty of room to relax in different areas like the sun room where you can quietly read a book or take a swim in the pool or maybe enjoy the sounds of nature in the backyard surrounded by mature trees that are simply majestic.

We had the best time in Crystal River! Our son loved the pool & the walk down to put the kayaks in! So thankful it was heated because the weather did not cooperate but we had a great time kayaking out to banana island to see a couple manatees. We went down to Homosassa State park & enjoyed it very much. We rode bikes all around and over to the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge & Visitor Center - highly recommend! Aldi is super close which makes groceries a breeze. The kitchen has everything you would need. Dave’s Clam stand was super yummy. We would love to return and stay longer during peak Manatee season! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Great stay on the Nature Coast!

House was great! Really comfortable. Pool was heated as promised. Really close to all the things; downtown, Three Sisters, manatee tours. Location also really central to Homosassa, Lecanto, etc. Neighborhood was also really quiet.

Perfect vacation

We were able to check in early. It was a pleasure to have all the incidental amenities, including condiments. The pool was crystal clear. Pool area could use some TLC such as power washing and weeds pulled. The grills need some attention. Linens were so fresh. Would definitely stay again, price was fair!
