Our cottage is ideally located in the Village at Nags Head, just a short walk down the cul-de-sac to our beach access—only two doors away! It’s quick and easy to run back from the ocean. The cottage features plenty of outdoor spaces, including one that is embellished with party lights.
Inside, you'll find updated stainless steel appliances, including a double oven. The cottage has four bedrooms: two primary bedrooms with king-size beds (one of which includes a large jacuzzi tub and a separate shower), a queen bedroom, and a room with a double bed and a trundle bed. Additionally, the home is equipped with two refrigerators for your convenience

Why they chose this property
We bought this property because I wanted a home that was close to the beach. I wanted a home that kids could run back and forth for toys or drinks without the fear of traffic. I also wanted a home that was bright and sunny. I love this home's open flooring. I love the decks and multiple seating areas.

We are located in a great part of the Outer Banks, and our beach access is never crowded.
