Apartment with spectacular view, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, large living room with sofa bed, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, located on the seafront, in Praia dos Aveiros, between the beaches of Albufeira and Oura (ALGARVE) .
We provide bed linen and towels.
Access is direct to the beach.
The entire leisure area is landscaped and supported by an oversized pool, showing a lush setting.
It has private indoor and outdoor parking.
The interior areas are large with balcony over the sea.
The area is privileged: calm and very close to the busiest spaces of Oura, where there are bars, amusements, restaurants, supermarkets, taxis, tourist office and various shops.
It is 5-10 minutes' walk from Oura's central area and close to Albufeira's central area. The beach is private and has a restaurant.

Wonderful appartment. A bit old fashioned but really well equipped. Only could use a new toaster! The view is outstanding. Better than the pictures. The location is great. Close to restaurants and nightlife but very quiet at the end of a dead end street. Would book again anytime. The host, Maria, is a warm lady who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Peaceful stay

The Apt is very nice with an ocean view from the balcony. Our 5 night stay in mid May was very quiet , the pool and beach acces is very nice. Maria the owner was wonderful. Would definitely book again.

Great location away from the noise and crowds but close enough to get to restaurants and beaches. Maria who greeted us was friendly and informative. Kitchen had all the amenities including an oven. Loved the balcony looking out over the pool, beach and ocean. Two weeks of relaxation.

Great condo, comfortable,and Maria was an outstanding Host. One of the most beautiful views from balcony. Great grounds, and nice pool area. Centrally located close to new town and not to far to old town.

Averios Beach Albufera Portugal

The location was excellent. You could walk the beach all the way to Old Town. Grocery shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Tourist train provided unlimited trips during the day. One the nicest features of our stay was that it was quiet and very relaxing. The view front balcony was spectacular and the apartment had everything you would need.

Ocean view

Maria greeted us and gave us complete instructions. The condo is lovely with everything necessary to make a comfortable home. You can see the waves crashing from the the living room and you can hear them throughout the entire house even with the doors and windows shut! Plenty of parking and easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time!

This apartment is all about a wonderful, peaceful location and aspect. It is nicely away from the intense noise, but close enough to the better things (beach, pool and ocean). Maria did everything she could to help make our stay a memorable one.

Lovely property

This property was a great location to use as a base to explore the Algarve. We especially loved the beach that was right in front of us with the sound of the surf. We also enjoyed the pool area, although not warm enough to enjoy a swim. The apartment had everything we needed and our host, Maria, was very helpful with providing information and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The property is within walking distance of several restaurants. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Albufeira Stay

Maria is a great hostess. She greeted us warmly and went out of her way to take us to the supermarket to pick up supplies when we arrived. She has the condo well stocked and even had a few special treats there for us. She was also very accommodating with late check in and check out. Property is located a short distance away from the main shopping and restaurants but on a lovely small stretch of beach. It was hard for us to walk up the hill to get to restaurants due to bad backs, knees and hips but very easy to get an Uber to get us wherever we wanted to go.

Excellent spacious apartment with great sea views

This apartment has everything for a very comfortable holiday. Clean, tidy and well equipped with a great garden and two swimming pools, one inside, one outside. Bar/restaurant on beach about 50 yards away. Good restaurants easily accessible via walks along the cliff top paths. I would recommend a boat trip out of Albufeira to see the dolphins and the wonderful coastline. We will return. PS: Weather great as well !!!

The location and view are amazing. Maria was lovely, but oh the hill outside the door is so very steep. So we used Uber which took us door to door so that was brilliant and so cheap. The balcony faces south so you get the most glorious sunrise and sunsets and can have sun all day, but its big enough to sit in the shade if you wish. The kitchen is a bit tired but full of everything you need and fine for anything you need to cook. The only negative for us was that the aircon was not working for the whole week, despite us asking and it was too hot without it. We asked if she had a fan, but none materialised, which was a shame as we had specifically booked a flat with aircon.However, as long as you can cope with the hill, you will not find a more perfect spot, and that and for Maria, and the price is why it has 5 stars and would go again. See you soon

OCTOBER ALGARVE VACATION

Very clean; very attentive owner who lives a short distance away. This came in handy when we unexpectedly lost all electricity during the night due to a faulty water heater. The heater was replaced the next day. Within walking distance of old town ("party central") but far enough away to be quiet. 1.5 miles along the beach. Private beach and pool were nice. Apartment was spacious and spotless.

Fabulous in Every Way

We had an amazing stay in Albufeira! I cant say enough great things about this property and Host. The location was just above a beautiful little sandy beach, the view from our balcony was stunning, the pools were beautiful and inviting but the weather wasnt quite warm enough for a swim, the area was quiet and the Host was the most accommodating we have ever experienced. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots and pans, dishes and glasses and cutlery. It was wonderful to have a washer as we stayed for a month and used it several times. Maria was so sweet and responded quickly to any questions we had, she helped us with sightseeing around the area and made several helpful recommendations. This property is close to old town but far enough away not to be in the business of the area. Buses are fairly close although the walk to them was uphill but all doable.Lots of supermarkets and gift shops in the area also.JUST AN AMAZING STAY. We would definitely return.

Amazing Stay!

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing time. Maria is a fabulous host, she was great from the moment we booked speedily answering any queries.We took an uber from the airport to the apartment arriving at 21:30 and Maria was waiting to greet us, helping us to sort out travel tax (20 total) and gave us a tour of the apartment with loads of info available to enhance our stay.The apartment is very clean and has everything you could need including a hairdryer, plenty of towels including beach towels, washing machine pods, shampoos, soaps and loads of bits to cook/make cups of tea. She even left us complimentary treats and a bottle of water chilling in the fridge. So thoughtful and appreciated!The balcony has an amazing view of the beach and there are two larger beaches either side that are walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet, peaceful area but is a short walk to the lively strip with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. You can also get a uber into old down for about 4.There are shops walking distance to buy supplies. There is also an Aldi and Lidl quick uber/taxi away.There is an outdoor and indoor pool both lovely and clean with plenty of sun beds available throughout the day.Overall our stay was 5 stars all around. Thank you Maria for making our holiday so amazing! Can’t recommend enough!
