Mooie locatie, vreselijk gedateerd appartement

De locatie was echt heel mooi. Centraal gelegen aan een boulevard. De entree van het appartement was netjes. Maar daar hield het mee op. De woning was zeer gedateerd. Dat was wel te zien op de foto's maar in werkelijkheid was echt alles oud. De douchekop moest je zelf vasthouden in het bad. De wanden zagen er uit alsof er een vreselijke waterschade was geweest. Alle gloeilampen in de huiskamer waren stuk. De keuken is minimaal ingericht en dat geldt ook voor de hygiëne. Geen afzuigkap. Koelkast was wel goed. Veel wanden met donkere schrootjes. Lampen die stuk waren stonden gewoon in de woonkamer. Zonweringen aan de oostzijde zijn nooit schoongemaakt. De zonwering aan de westzijde was nieuw, en dat geldt ook voor de achterpui (naar balkon). Dat was het enige wat nieuw was. De algehele netheid was ook wel ver te zoeken (mede doordat alles er erg donker was). Het interieur was ook uit de jaren 60. In de keuken- en gangkast waren gaten in de wanden!

La situation et top . Mais la location mérite une note moyenne . Mal entretenu. La literie date d un siècle . Et l appartement et plein d humidité. Heureusement qu' il est très bien situé.
