Peaceful and quiet place with private infinity edge pool and beautiful view

Our villa was named by the stone who is a natural phenomenon, because the rays of the sun fall on him at eight o'clock in the morning and it is called the cornerstone of Osamura (Eight Hour).
The house was built 500 hundred years ago and it was renovated two years ago.
Also there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a diner and lounge area. The villa is ideal for 6-8 people on 130 m² living area and terrace/garden on 110 m² with pool which is equipped with massage bench, barbecue, table, chairs and summer beds. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with 3 single beds and sofa bed, all with linen. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster etc. Bathrooms are equipped with hair-drier, soup, towels and shampoo. And the is washing machine. The villa features an air conditioning, free WiFi (internet connection), cable TV, Play Station 3, playroom with all kind off games, freezer ect.
Baby cot is available and free of charge as other baby equipment on request.
Transfer service is available.
This House would be perfect for a big family or a group of friends looking for a peaceful location just 10 minutes walking from typical Dalmatian villages with long pebble beaches and Dubrovnik old town.
Smoking is allowed, except in bedrooms.
Pets are allowed.
Parking for two cars is in front of the house and behind the house there is big parking place for van or large cars. Parking it free of charge.

Värden var toppen och lätt att nå vid frågor. Utomhusområdet var kanon och sängarna vad sköna. Mycket lugnt område uppe i berget. Vi hade en äldre person med oss som hade svårt att ta sig ner till stranden pga alla trappor. Men det var inga problem att få tag i en taxi. Alla taxiresor var helt klart värt att bo så högt upp i bergen.

La casa está situada en un excepcional lugar en la parte alta de la montaña. La terraza y la piscina son increíbles, nuestra parte favorita de la casa. Por dentro está decorada en plan rústica pero los baños están totalmente reformados y tiene todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar.

Lovely villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely property, welcoming hosts and an excellent holiday. The pool was a godsend, as it was very hot every day. The BBQ was a good addition. About 10 minutes walk down the steps to the beach at Mlini, but a good 15 minutes to get back up again! We hired a car which was helpful for visiting other beaches and for trips to the supermarket. Water bus to Dubrovnik was the best way to get to there - but go early to avoid the cruise ship crowds.

Olga = Incredible (and the house is nice, too)

I've stayed at many VRBO properties -- and have been lucky enough to have good experiences with all -- but this one was special. Yes, the property was clean and had what we needed to be comfortable, but what made this one distinct (in a great way) was the hosts. We never did meet Zarko (that was fault of our schedules) but Olga! Olga! Wow. Amazing...her willingness to go out of her way to help us, give us information, provide breakfast after our late arrival, pick up an early arrival in our party and drive him to the house, while showing him the grocery stores, etc., on the way -- she was incredible, truly above and beyond what I ever expected, and she wrapped our whole Dubrovnik experience in a warm glow of hospitality. Thank you, Olga! On the purely logistical side, we had a car and so had easy access to Dubrovnik and other locations. Parking was right in front. (Can't comment on public transportation.) There are many steps down to the beach from the house -- we weren't bothered by them (ok, sometimes when it was hot, I did complain) but some might be. Speaking of hot -- it WAS hot when we visited but the pool on the property is a lovely, cool respite, and the second floor where bedrooms are located has A/C. Thank you again, Olga (and Zarko!).

Fabulous Holiday

This is a lovely villa with magnificent views. We stayed there in July with family including our 1 year old granddaughter. The villa is really well equipped and homely, with the added bonus of the playroom full of toys. Zarko and Olga were really friendly and helpful. They took us supermarket shopping twice as we didn't hire a car. The walk down into Mlini with a buggy was fine - coming back was too much in the daytime, but ok at night when it was a bit cooler. Pizzas at Flamingo - the nearest restaurant were lovely - and we also enjoyed the setting and food at Marineros.

Extremely nice and relaxng vacation

We were two families, with four children of ages 7 and 10, that spent a week in Villa Osamura in Mlini. We really love the atmosphere in Mlini, calm and nice, with many beaches. The house owner, Zarko, is very nice and helpful. We did some excursions to old town in Dubrovnik, Kotor and Cavtat and all were very nice. I recommend Craotia, and specially Mlini, to everybody.

Wonderful house with an amazing pool!

We are very pleased with our stay at this beautiful house just walking distance from Mlini or a short cab ride from Old Town Dubrovnik (or our new favourite town, Cavtat). The housing itself is not over advertised. You really get what you are seeing in the images. We were three couples staying there for a week. The host is kind, helpful and service minded. He was never intrusive but was always present if we needed him. Highlights of our trip: The city of Cavatat, Day-trip rafting to Montenegro, 3-island day cruise, Dune buggy-ing on the outskirts of Dubrovnik, Restaurant Bugenvila in Cavtat, hanging out by the pool in the villa. We would definitely recommend staying at this villa to friends and family!

Un accueil remarquable et très jolie maison

Vacances réussies à côté de Dubrovnik dans cette très belle maison. Fonctionnelle, très bien située, les photos ne mentent pas avec superbe terrasse et piscine. Zarko et Olga sont justes à nos petits soins et rien ne manque dans la maison. Ayant eu un problème de location de voiture à l'arrivée, Zarko est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport! Je recommande sans hésitations cette location!

Great vacation!

House met our expectations with privacy for our family and very nice pool. House accessories was more than could ask for, including toys and PS3 for kids. House is up in the hill with nice view. We could walk down to beach even with young kids, but rental car is recommended (e.g. for grocery shopping). Host couple was very friendly, trustworthy and welcoming. Zarko even took me to 2h hospital trip when I injuried my finger. I can recommend to all, we stayed in July when weather was great all week, sunny +30C.
