Between the ping pong table, foosball table, hot tub, and cupboard full of games we were able to keep kids and adults entertained even when the rain prevented us from enjoying the outdoors.

Exceptional property
This is a wonderful place to stay. The place is well built and in excellent condition. The kitchen is well stocked with quality flatware, cooking utensils. There is a huge TV with a nice DVD collection for both adults and children. Spent a nice time relaxing with our family.

We had great time at this property, it was easy to check in and we felt right at home. We were able to snowmobile straight from the cabin, which was important to us and were delighted to have the hot tub waiting for us at the end of a long day of riding. Property was clean and communication was excellent. Thank you!

Angela - thanks for the great review. This home really is great for snowmobilers! Can't get much closer to the trails :) Hope to host your family again.
Overall had a great experience, but my only complaint I have is, when we arrived. It had snowed before our arrival and the driveway and parking area wasn’t shoveled/plowed. The driveway has a slope, since it wasn’t cleaned, we had 2 vehicles get stuck and had to push or pull them out. Took over an hour to get out.

Nice cabin but I won't stay in it again
The kitchen, dining and living room area were nice. Table sits eight and the counter another six with seating for six at the table on the deck. There were enough beds for our family group. Down side--I did not like the bathrooms. One very small one located on the garage level and one other on the main level between the two bedrooms. None on the upper level where most of the people were sleeping. The main bathroom had very little counter space. The hot tub was dirty when we arrived. I called and they sent someone out the next day to clean it. It was better but still cloudy. So, the service was good, the cabin location was good and looked nice but I would not stay here again because of the bathroom situation.

This is one of my all-time favorite cabins. It was recently built, it's in a great location (among mature trees, between the mountains and the lake) and I love the open floor plan. It's odd that Sharon felt the need to pick apart the layout, dimensions and location of the bathrooms, as this is something that is described accurately in the listing. The hot tub was professionally serviced the day prior to her arrival, and the water was changed the week before that. I personally went over to check on it and found the water to look normal after a group had used it for a night (it was mostly clear and was balanced). I noticed she had accidentally put the hot tub into a "standby" or "sleep mode", so I taught her how to put it back into a "standard" mode so it would filter the water more often. I put some "clarifier" in it and let her know it would need a few hours to filter. I followed up with her shortly thereafter, and she said it looked fine, but that she wasn't about to get in it. About 99% of our guests are fantastic and are grateful that someone else has allowed them to use their amazing cabin. My goal is to treat each guest with respect and will strive to make each stay relaxing and worry-free.

Very family friendly with a really nice play area for toddlers plus lots to do for adults.
Very spacious! Bedroom areas and bathrooms worked great for our party of 10. Nice quiet wooded area, even with a road nearby. Just a short drive from Donnelly. The last 2 miles are on a well maintained gravel road. We give it a thumbs up!
The West Mountain Lodge cabin is in a great location, is well laid out and was stocked well for our vacation. The kitchen and dining room area are large and very open allowing for even the cook to be included in the festivities. Kitchen contained everything we needed and more. There were plenty of board games, kid's toys, table tennis, foosball, corn hole boards and a hot tub to keep us busy while it rained. There was quite a bit of construction going on near the cabin which took away from the quietness we were hoping for but that is no fault of the owners, and is a fact of life in a growing area like Donnelly. Of note, the cabin is not suitable for anyone who cannot climb a lot of stairs. All living areas are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. All in all, it is a beautiful cabin in a wonderful area.
We stayed here for Christmas - it was amazing! It was clean, ready for us, full of everything we would possibly need and customer service was amazing. We plan to stay here again for sure.
When we showed up it was freezing cold in the cabin and it took at least an hour to get the heat going. But after that it was a very nice cabin. Lots of entertainment for everyone.
Besides the moderate/poor air quality and algae bloom in the lake (both at no fault of the property), we had a great time. We'll come back earlier next summer to hopefully be able to enjoy the lake again, like we did last year. The house itself is very well appointed with every amenity we needed. The kids loved the toys upstairs and having their own area to watch movies and play. The adults loved the hot tub on the deck. This place would also be fabulous in the winter.
We had 13 people, my husband and I, our adult kids and 6 grandkids aged 3-14. We all had a great time in the house. There was space everywhere- bedrooms, living room, dining table with 19 chairs, garage, yard and campfire area. We could put the kids to bed on the upper level and then enjoy the huge deck and hot tub without disturbing the kids
I also appreciated that there was ample garbage bags, paper towels and laundry supplies.
Super easy checkin and check out. Love this house!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is very spacious with plenty of room for all the kids and adults to spread out. We loved all of the games and activities, and the porch is awesome. Thanks for a great family trip!
