About this property

Beautiful farmhouse in the Luberon Vaucluse for 6 people

At the heart of the Luberon Park, near the village of Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt, nice farmhouse on a wooded 5 acres, surrounded by vineyards and cherry trees, no vis-à-vis.
The interior of the house was renovated in spring 2012 in a sober and warm style with modern comfort.
The property has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 3 en-suite bathroom, a large living room, kitchen and adjoining dining-room and a large games room.
The pool, secured by an alarm, enjoys a splendid view over the Luberon. It is lined with a terrace shaded by a large gazebo and a summer kitchen with barbecue fireplace. You can also eat in the shade of mulberry trees. Tranquility assured.
Long term renters. Children welcome. Pets allowed.

and peaceful, exactly what everyone was wishing for! In addition to being comfortable and well equiped, it was located near Apt for our errands and a short drive to beautiful villages.

A great and comfortable Home

The house is very nicely located, very quiet, lots of land. Also perfect for our dog. The hosts responded quickly to questions. We were greeted by a very dear F. and shown around. He explained everything to us. Really great and clean location. For children it has everything the heart desires.

Most wonderful place

Beautiful quiet place with most amazing views. Great swimming pool and nice spots to enjoy sitting outside, even in case of rain. The house itself has all you need for preparing meals, even an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Lots of space inside the house as well as outside. Complete privacy - so relaxing. Hosts anwered all questions within minutes. We spent perfect holidays in Gargas, close to the most beautiful villages of Luberon.

Séjour agréable en Luberon

Très beau mas au milieu des vignes, bien aménagé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. Tout est réuni pour s’y sentir bien. Vue à 180 degrés sur le Luberon, véritable tableau vivant. La situation est idéale pour visiter la région. Un tout grand merci pour l’accueil chaleureux de Saïda, de Fernand et la disponibilité d’Anne.

Super Lage, tolles Haus - Hervorragend!

Riesiges Grundstück, Haus in hervorragendem Zustand, top Ausstattung bis ins kleinste Detail (zb: Küchenutensilien, Badespielzeug für die Kids, …). Ruhige Lage mit atemberaubenden Blick auf den Luberon. Großer Pool mit Poolhaus und Warmwasserdusche direkt am Pool. Tolle und sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch Fernard (auch wenn wir leider fast kein Französisch sprechen, was aber unser Fehler ist). Sehr zu empfehlen- wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Immense propriété, maison en excellent état, équipement de pointe jusque dans les moindres détails (ex : ustensiles de cuisine, jouets de bain pour les enfants, ...). Situation tranquille avec vue imprenable sur le Luberon. Grande piscine avec pool house et douche à eau chaude directement à la piscine. Accueil formidable et très sympathique par Fernard (bien que malheureusement nous ne parlions presque pas le français, ce qui est notre faute). Hautement recommandé - nous reviendrons certainement.

Wonderful position in the Luberon with extensive and lovely views. Convenient for shops and the Apt market (Saturdays) is a must. Great for families with children. The house is very well equipped and you are made wellcome in a charming and helpful manner by Fernande. Les femmes de ménage present you with a house that is spottlessly clean. The pool which has the full benefit of the wonderful views is an idyll.

Une maison provençal idéal! Accueil très chaleureux, maison très bien équipé. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter les autres villes, puis de se reposer dans une cadre comme ça autour des vignes et solitude est chouette. Je n’hésiterais pas de retourner.

The house offered a lot more than the publicity suggested.

We had a lovely time on our stay at the end of September. The house is very child friendly which suited us well, although toddlers would need to be watched as there is no physical barrier to the pool (which was great). Position and views are fab.

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Frühjahr in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist wunderbar inmitten eines Weinberges mit schönem Ausblick auf den Luberon. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, geräumig und sehr gepflegt. Die Fotos entsprechen den Bedingungen vor Ort, vieles ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos erkennbar. Der Standort ist ideal aus Ausgangspunkt für Touren im Luberon, auch Avignon und Aix sind gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert, auch während des Aufenthaltes wurde nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Für die Übergabe sind einige Französischkenntnisse hilfreich, da der sehr nette Hausverwalter nur französisch spricht. Insgesamt haben wir uns in diesem schönen Haus und auf dem Grundstück wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub dort verbracht.

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum: der wunderbare Ausblick, die Stille, die Umgebung... Alle berühmten Orte sind nach wenigen Autominuten erreichbar: Gordes, Murs, Saignon, Roussillion...! Man kann herrlich schwimmen, Ping-Pong spielen, einfach entspannen! Die Ausstattung war hervorragend und die Vermieterin Anne war jederzeit erreichbar! Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und es wird sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal sein! Esther

MERVEILLEUSES VACANCES

Nous sommes trois couples de retraités ( jeunes d'esprit ! ) et avions envie de revoir la Provence. Notre séjour nous a ravis. Le mas ancien joliment restauré est en tout point chaleureux. Grand living confortable (TV WIFI bibliothèque fournie), cuisine vaste, claire et super équipée. Les chambres sont fraiches et la literie excellente. Mais l'atout majeur de la maison est sa vaste terrasse ombragée et la vue magnifique qu'elle offre sur le Luberon, surtout le soir au soleil couchant, à l'apéritif ... La cuisine d'été qui jouxte la piscine est très agréable à midi comme au soir. l'accueil de Monsieur Fernand était très sympathique. Il y a de bons restaurants aux environs. Bref, nous reviendrons et nous recommanderons cette maison à nos amis.
