This beautifully transformed villa was completely renovated in summer 2025. New furniture, top of the line flooring and crisp white cupboards. The bathroom tile has been removed and replaces for a fresh new brighter look. This fully furnished, pool side villa features 3 bedrooms in a tranquil setting at the foot of the Santa Rosa mountains. Surrounded by trees, fountains, and beautiful adobe architecture, our villa is currently located within Legacy Villas, a resort like, gated community that neighbors the historical Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort-one of the original Desert highways.
Situated on the lower level, our unit is just steps from one of the 12 saltwater pools. 1700 square feet, our corner villa is bright and spacious with private patios and stunning mountain view over the adjacent pool. You will feel truly relaxed in this quiet, secure, and beautiful desert community.

Everything was as described and it was a great experience. The property is very roomy, with two large master suites and a third bedroom and both room. I always stay at Legacy Villas when I come to the area if they are available!

This is the best property at Legacy Villas! So easy to check in, directions clear and concise, and the property was luxurious and super comfortable. Close to everything and the pool was right in our backyard. We’ll be back!

Amazing stay! Condo was clean, very comfortable beds and linens. Very quiet , loved the view from the patio. Great location close to La Quinta resort and Old town Quinta. Perfect Location!

This unit was spotless and well maintained. The best thing was the perfect location! It was near everything we wanted to do and see. Around the corner from La Quinta Spa, old Town, the Art Festival, tennis stadium, and lots of fine restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and especially the hot tub, since it was pretty chilly. A wonderful place to stay in this very beautiful location.

Perfect Family Gathering Spot

The property was exactly as expected. It provided enough room for our family to meet and spend Thanksgiving together. My parents had a separate condo in the community and were able to come over and hang out with us and cook meals together, the large kitchen table and outdoor space made it perfect. We enjoyed the pool, gym and daily walks to the La Quinta resort. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice but needs updating

This unit was in a great location and the entire complex was nice. The unit was old and outdated, not refreshed as mentioned in the description. There is mold in the showers that should be cleaned. The oven had something spilled in it so we could not use it but we were just trying to heat up some leftovers so the microwave worked. Overall I would stay in the Legacy Villas again. It was a nice resort type area.

Sister’s weekend

This is our second stay at this property! We loved it so much we came back for a 2nd visit. The location with in the property is perfect…we could walk right out to the pool of front. The interior was extra nice with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The furniture was all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Alana was responsive to all our requests! We look forward to our next stay at Alana’s!

Better Than We Hoped

Our condo in La Quinta was fabulous. We could not have been happier. The condo is very clean and spacious. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The grounds were beautiful. There are several pools to choose from, and each one was very clean. The property buts right up to the hills; so the view is amazing. The location to old town is walkable or a short bike ride. Only about 1.5 miles. Plenty of restaurants and a little shopping. If your in the area - this condo would be a great place to call home base.

Sisters’ Celebration

What drew us, three sisters celebrating a milestone birthday, to this property is the location (ground level and right by a pool), the tasteful decor, and that it had 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds or larger, and we each would get our own bathroom. Perfect! The owner, Alana, was responsive to our needs and even sent a cute mason Jar of flowers to the birthday girl. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning having breakfast and spent our days floating around in the pool with beverages. The ice and water in the refrigerator door were really nice to have in the hot weather. Three on of our four nights we went over to La Quinta resort for dinner. We had a wonderful birthday get away at this great property!

Dirty and Old Unit - Not Recommended

Our stay at this vacation rental was incredibly disappointing. Upon unlocking the door, we were immediately greeted by a strong, musty odor that set the tone for the rest of our experience. The dirty, worn welcome mat was our first sign that things weren't as expected. We’ve stayed at Legacy Villas several times, but this was by far the worst experience.The photos online are misleading—the actual condition of the property is much worse. The bathrooms had black mold, and the furniture and cabinets were old and in poor shape. The TV was outdated with no mirroring capability and no cable, making it impossible to watch sports (hubby not happy). The carpets and floors were filthy, leaving my socks black after just walking around for an hour. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, constantly going in and out. The closet had only two hangers, and the kitchen appliances, including the stove and refrigerator, were old and damaged. There was no washing machine, which was a major inconvenience.Overall, this place was far from the quality we’ve experienced in the past, and we would not recommend this property.

I worked as an educational assistant for a number of years before starting my own playschool. When our oldest daughter was a few years old I decided to be a full time mom. Once our youngest daughter was school age I felt that I needed a career change and started managing our families properties. I love the flexible hours and being able to work from anywhere. I currently manage a number of properties in our home town of Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, Canada. We are now starting to buy property in other locations. It is a new and exciting venture and I hope that you will join me.

Why they chose this property

When looking to purchase a vacation property we looked at a few things and a few different properties. This villa stood out to us because of the location, beautiful mountains, golf, tennis and festivals are close. Its close to groceries and shopping whether in box stores or small local shops and markets in Old town La Quinta, La Quinta has what you are looking for. We also fell in love with the architecture of the buildings, the feeling of relaxation and it has all the amenities we were looking for in a resort. Once we went for a tour of the villa we knew right away that it was what we were looking for. Family friendly which was important to us, and also quiet and low key for the older generations who want a warm relaxing place to vacation for longer periods of time. The Villa is warm, cozy and has a very homey feel to it.

What makes this property unique

This property has been completely updated! It has a new look and feel that is like no other in the resort. With the white combinates, countertops along with white tiled showers, and tubs. The new luxury waterproof laminate flooring is absolutely gorgeous, not to mention the poolside view of the mountains. You have to see it yourself!
Its close to anything and everything you could want to see or do. Whether it is taking the kids or grandkids to the living desert zoo, hiking in the mountains, shopping at the local markets, going to the cinema, playing pickleball, going to a sports event, a festival or just relaxing by the pool, there is always something for all ages just around the corner.
