Secluded private getaway on one and a half lots at the end of a cul-de-sac. Home updated with open floor plan, new kitchen, hardwood and tile floors, marble bathrooms, and multiple skylights. Lots of outdoor space for kids to play. Deck and rock patio with furniture for entertaining. Renters have access to 2 golf carts (both carts have 4 seats). Only two minutes from the marina!!
