Must be 25 yrs. to stay. Thank you for considering our beach home for your Bethany Beach vacation! Our house is full of amenities that will make you feel at home. It includes 3 levels for quiet, comfort and privacy. On the top floor, the larger master bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath with a standing shower, a walk in closet, a flat screen tv with Roku available and a DVD player. Next door is another full size bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Then the two additional bedrooms; one with a full size bed with a flat screen tv with amazon fire stick streaming, and the second with 2 twin beds. On the 2nd floor there is a half bathroom. The kitchen comes stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. There is also a toaster and a toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, 12 cup coffee maker and a k-cup keurig. The kitchen table has seating for 6, a cafe table with seating for two, as well as a walk out deck with a table and umbrella, 4 chairs, and a bench that overlooks a pond with a fountain. The living room has a flat screen tv with wi-fi streaming, DVD player, 2 sofas and a love-seat. There is also a bookshelf stocked with books and DVDs you may enjoy while visiting. The first floor has a washer and dryer with a wash basin sink. There is an additional family room with a full size bed, recliner and flat screen tv with fire stick streaming, there are heaving curtains and a room divider that can be used to block off the entrance. There is also another half bathroom and a patio near the pond. Directly behind the adjacent townhomes is the large in-ground pool with chairs and umbrellas and a tennis court. It is an approximate 10 minute bike, 3 minute drive 2 miles to Bethany Beach, 8 minute drive to Fenwick state park beach. Nice location between Ocean City, MD and Rehoboth boardwalk and outlet shopping. Bethany also has a half mile boardwalk. All the perks of a beach vacation destination for quiet, relaxed, peaceful enjoyment. We love it and our family visits often. We share all our family favorites with guests, toys, games, beach umbrella, beach cart, coolers, beach toys, etc. you will feel at home here. We have had many repeat guests!
