This custom built and newly renovated lodge is one of a kind. In fact, it is the only establishment of its kind in the state of Arkansas. It is designed to provide a unique environment for meetings, corporate retreats and group or family outings. The layout is perfect for the individual needs of one group at a time, with comfortable overnight accommodations for 24-40 plus guests. The lodge is located on Greers Ferry Lake with easy access to lake activities. A designer golf course, one of the most challenging in the area, is located less than a mile down the road. This tranquil setting is the perfect place for making memories.

Lodge was ideal for our multi-generational Thanksgiving family gathering. Lots of space for everyone. Kitchen was amazing to prepare our feast. Dining area was large enough to accommodate everyone for meals as well as game night!

The place is excellent. So well stocked. The only drawback was the distance from the airport but we should have checked before we booked. It certainly didn’t ruin our visit! The owners were so responsive to all of our questions and requests. We highly recommend it!!

Fabulous 12 bedroom house on beautiful lake was perfect for 3 generations of to have something everyone could enjoy! Game room and all the amenities you could hope for! So open, clean and well organized! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Perfect gathering place for large groups

This property was perfect for our annual multi-family trip! Space for everyone with entertainment options for days, good waterfront access, and both comfortably and beautifully furnished. You won't want for a thing in the amazingly stocked kitchen and linen closets! But my favorite place was outside on the back patio, especially in the evening with the string lights on and a fire in the firepit....absolute perfection!

Gorgeous lake front property

15 of us spent a magical weekend here. The photos honestly don’t do this place justice. It’s right on the lake, well-appointed, and huge. The rooms are spacious and there are more than enough bathrooms to go around. We spent most of our time on the massive deck or in the well-equipped common spaces. The kitchen had everything we could ever need and then some. The lofts can get a little loud at night and the stairs up were narrow and winding, but the folks staying up there really enjoyed them and dubbed them “the princess towers”. If you’re looking for a place to gather all your friends to splash in the lake, cook great food, hang out, and still have plenty of space to recharge, I cannot recommend this house enough.

Absolutely amazing!!

The pics don’t lie….but it just doesn’t do it justic. Probably the best place we have ever stayed. The house was beyond amazing. More than adequate for my large family and friends that accompanied us. It’s right on the lake. Wasn’t a day the family didn’t make their way down. Marinas and golf are close by. Will end on this note….best well equipped house by far. Nothing was lacking!! Owners stayed in contact as well. We will definitely be back.

Perfect in EVERY way!

We held a corporate meeting with 14 team members. Perfect place for a meeting and relaxation afterward. The decks, entertainment spaces and kitchen are all perfect for entertaining and relaxing after a long day.

We had a wonderful July 4th. The house is amazing and beautiful.

We had 6 children and the loved the game room and all the board games. The adults enjoyed the patio and deck. Ann is amazing to work with. We will be back ALOT!!!
