The studio is perfectly located in the heart of Livingston, is very comfortable, and the owner is very responsive. Great stay--looking forward to gong back!
Really adorable cottage - perfect for my husband and me. Had everything we needed - shower pressure was good and hot water abundant. would love to stay here again.
This small cabin was perfect for our stay of 2.
Comfortable bed, good kitchen and bathroom space.
Host was very easy and made sure we had everything we needed. She was punctual with her communication and accommodated us very well.
I would love stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy studio. The place was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities to make our own cooking. There was also a dedicated parking spot conveniently located to the main street. We would definitely stay there again.
Its such a lovely quiet spot nestled in main Livingston. Super easy to walk to essentials, food, groceries, exploring downtown ect. Easy to park and easy to pop on the toad.
The studio was clean and in a good location for traveling in the area. The stay would’ve been PERFECT for what we needed had there been a few more amenities… a tv to enjoy in the evening, small floating shelves beside the bed for a drink/phone, and a couple towel hooks. Communication was good with the host.

The guest and I corresponded months prior to the reservation regarding the air mattress. He booked 2 guests, and he emailed back stating the air mattress was sufficient. I have proof of the emails. I also have several personal text messages which state guest was satisfied and no issues during his stay. I was even called by the guest to look for fishing poles and fishing gear he believed he had dropped in the street after leaving AND I recruited neighbors to help look as well. The floors are mopped after each guest and squeaky clean. You can't book a hotel room in Livingston for under $250 night so the rate is well below market - he knew the cost before he booked and could've chosen something less expensive which honestly isn't available unless you want to stay in a spare bedroom or someone's dingy, dark basement. I'm happy to provide images of messages if required.
This studio is in a converted garage and is very nicely decorated. Could use a little better lighting. Even though the weather was incredibly hot, we were relatively comfortable thanks to two fans. Bed was really comfortable, but could be angled out from the corner to give access to both sides.
The accommodations worked well for us to make dinner or breakfast and get ready for the adventures of the day, with most needs addressed by the owner. The biggest issue we had was during some hot nights where we couldn’t get enough cool air inside even with fans, and heard train whistles from a couple blocks away being we had all windows open. An AC window unit for hot nights, or just staying when the temps aren’t into the high 80’s/low 90’s so you could keep most windows closed at night would help.
We loved staying in this place. It was in a great location, it was very clean and the property owner was very responsive. We would love to stay there again some time in the future.

Nice property to stay at while visiting the Livingston/Bozeman area.
Renting this studio apartment in Livingston was a great experience. It was the perfect size for my solo trip to get away. The wifi and bed were great. I would recommend staying here as it is a good value property!
