Nice three-room apartment located in the historic center of Trapani in a completely renovated building. Located on the 3rd floor without lift but equipped with a freight elevator for suitcases, with exclusive use of the terrace - solarium. The apartment consists of a very bright double bedroom, another bedroom with single or double bed frame, living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The apartment is furnished with new furniture and appliances and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with free wifi, TV, air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the kitchen, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and on request cot and high chair.
Trapani-Birgi airport is about 17 km away, taking the bus you can reach the Marina of Trapani just 300 meters from the house. 200 meters from the railway station and 300 meters from the port where you can easily ferry to the Egadi islands. A few steps away you will find the first beach where you can already notice the clarity of our sea and where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets that our city offers. Below the house you will find restaurants where you can taste typical dishes, pubs that enliven the Trapani nightlife with music and fun.

RITA & FRANCO, are wonderful people. Apartment was excellent. They found us a baby stroller. They helped us to solve complicated situations.For all people we recommended this apartment 100 percent, who wants to go to the wonderful Sicily. You will not regret choosing this apartment.

Neighbours dog barked most nights at 2am

We stayed as a long stay. Thr property is maybe ok short stay. Spiral stairs difficult with suitcases. Unable to use balcony as too hot and no unbrella that fitted the base of the stand. Neighbours dog an issue barking continually. We had to ask for the information on the apartment.

Una vacanza in un ambiente tipico e accogliente !

L'appartemento e molto accogliente. Si ci sente bene e rilassato dal primo minuto. E idealmente situato vicino al centro e non c'e bisogno di macchina per girare questa magnifica citta ,come andare alla spiaggia, fare shopping ecc.. L'appartemento e irriducibile dal punto du vista della pulizia. Tutto e fatto in modo che non ci manchi nulla ! ! I proprietari sono piu che accogliente ed Hanno un carisma molto toccante. Sono sempre pronti ad aiutarti e ti consigliano. Assolutamente non esiteremo ad affittare di nuovo l'appartemento per la nostra prossima vacanza ! !!!

non vi deludera'

La casa delle conchiglie non vi deludera', posta in posizione strategica, vicinissima al centro ma tranquilla, è dotata di tutti i comfort e di un terrazzo solarium ad uso esclusivo per perfette cene all'aria aperta. Inoltra Franco e Rita sono gentilissimi e a vostra disposizione , a cio si aggiunga Trapani e dintorni ed avrete gli ingredienti per una vacanza indimenticabile ! Peccato la nostra sia gia finita :-(

Pleasant stay at La Casa delle Conchiglie

We visited La Casa delle Conchiglie two years ago and it was perfect stay. This year we have also visited as a family of four and it was as perfect as last time. Franco met and pick us up from airport, helped us with everything we need. Rita came to us to say good buy after holidays. They were very pleasant and helpful people who made our vacation much better than we expected. La Casa delle Conchiglie located in the heart of Trapani's old town, very close to walking street, restaurants, pasticceries, food markets etc. Definitely come back again!!! Recommend 100% also to the families with kids. Love Sicily, love Trapani, Love Franco&Rita !!!

Perfect week

Perfectly located flat, between the old town and the city, 5 minutes walking to the beach, the flat itself is totally complete, comfortable and very well take care, but the biggest advantage that this flat can offer are the owners, amazing people that is always willing to help and recommend the better option in trips and money saving. We are really happy that we decided to spend our honeymoon at their place. We completely recommend this place to have time to rest, enjoy and remember!!

ho soggiornato alla casa delle conchiglie per due settimane con la mia famiglia ed é stata una esperienza fantastica; la casa è molto ben curata e permette avere accesso al centro città e al mare in pochi passi. i proprietari sono fantastici e sempre molto disponibili ad ogni richiesta. in centro città a trapani c'è imbarazzo a scegliere tra i tantissimi locali che offrono tutti un eccellente e caloroso servizio cosiglio vivamente questo indirizzo per vacanze trapanesi

Bravissimi

Franco i Rita sa najbardziej zyczliwymi gospodarzami jakich znam. Mieszkanie usytuowane w samym centrum Trapani, w najlepszym punkcie miasta. Ladnie urzadzone mieszkanie ze wszystkim co potrzeba. Wifi dziala bez zarzutu co nie jest takie oczywiste we Wloszech. Polecam zarowno dla par jak i na wypad z przyjaciolmi. Zawsze mozna luczyc na pomoc gospodarzy, gdy trzeba przyjada po Was na lotnisko, odwioza a takze moga zrobic drobne zakupy. Na pewno do nich wroce!!!

Receive Agnieszka and her friends has been for us a real pleasure. They are very delicate and polite people, they took care of the house and left everything in order, even if their stay was short .I hope to have them back as guests.

gute Lage, tolle Gastgeber, extrem sauber

kleine Wohnung mit schöner Aussichtsterrasse - praktisch und nett eingerichtet - viele Dinge, die man sonst vergeblich sucht wie Servietten, Waschmittel, Schminkspiegel etc - Die Kücheneinrichtung reicht für das Zubereiten einfacher Mahlzeiten, Öl, Gewürze, Kaffee, Zucker etc sind auch da. (und ein paar dolce tipici zum Empfang...) Rita ist sehr erfinderisch: z.B. Gepäck wird per Flaschenzug in den 3 Stock transportiert (die Treppe ist sehr eng) oder beim Verlassen der Wohnung werden mit dem Schlüssel alle Elektrogeräte ausgeschaltet. Leider gibt es keinen Platz für ein gemütliches Sofa was bei Regentagen wie ich sie hatte zum Lesen einladen würde. Rita war nicht nur beim Weg von und zur Bushaltestelle mit dem Auto hilfreich, sie zeigte gleich noch bei einem kleinen Rundgang durch die Gassen wo die nächsten Läden zu finden sind. Perfect apartament for holidays

We spent there 10 days, it is located perfectly, in the very centre of the old city. Flat is clean, fully equpied ( even beach towels). It is ideal for 4 people. Great advantage of this place is a big terrace on the rooftop with the sight of Erice. Householders were very kind and helpful, Franco gave us a lot of useful advices. Ti senti come a casa

La casa si trova nel centro storico di Trapani. La prima cosa che ti salta agli occhi è la pulizia della casa, tutto splende di pulito. Altra cosa che non puoi fare a meno di notare sono i dettagli di arredo che sono stati utilizzati, perfetto stile marino. La casa è altresì dotata di tutti i confort e ogni stanza ha la sua TV. Il terrazzo ad uso esclusivo dell'appartamento è ben arredato con lettini prendisole, tavoli, sedie e ombrellone. Grazie Rita, Grazie Franco siete stati degli HOST formidabili!

Avere avuto Barbara, la sua famiglia e il suo Trip, come ospiti è stato un vero piacere!!! Abbiano cercato di dare il meglio di noi, come facciamo sempre, ma Barbara è stata di una delicatezza unica. Sebbene aveva la compagnia del suo cane Trip, ha lasciato la casa molto pulita e in ordine! Avere degli ospiti come Barbara e la sua famiglia è una garanzia.....vorremmo poter sempre ospitare persone come loro, unici!!!!Vogliamo ancora ringraziarli!!!!!!

Buona soluzione nel centro cittadino

Appartamento confortevole, pulito e curato nel cuore di Trapani. Nulla da eccepire rispetto alla gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari (Franco ci ha dato tutti i suggerimenti utili per godere al meglio la vacanze e Rita si è preoccupata di rendere confortevole il soggiorno anche a nostro figlio facendogli trovare un pupazzo. Gesto molto gradito! Esattamente come descritto per quanto riguarda gli interni, con due camere spaziose adatte ad accogliere 4 persone. Segnalo però che l'appartamento, situato al 3° piano, si raggiunge attraverso una scala molto poco confortevole (tipo chiocciola) non adatta a persone che soffrono di vertigini o che hanno difficoltà di deambulazione (non necessariamente con handicap fisici). Noi con un bimbo di 3 anni abbiamo avuto un po' di problemi. Non abbiamo utilizzato la terrazza vista la stagione. E' di uso esclusivo ma non collegata all'appartamento. Bisogna infatti salire al piano superiore attraverso la medesima scala precedentemente descritta. Complessivamente una buona soluzione abitativa avendo presenti i dettagli precedentemente puntualizzati.

Rendere il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti confortevole è una priorità, quindi dare le giuste indicazioni o lasciare un pupazzo per fare giocare un piccolo ospite è una cosa che facciamo con il cuore e colgo l'occasione per ringraziarlo del disegno che mi ha lasciato. Per quanto concerne il fattore "scale" purtroppo lo stile moderno e la cura dei dettagli a volte non rispondono alle esigenze di tutti...nello specifico dei bambini, ma le assicuro che anche gente molto avanti con l' età non ha avuto alcun problema! Perfect!

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! It is situated in good location! The owner was more than helpful! He showed us around and during the stay asked me several times if everything was ok. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised when he said he is giving us fresh towels in the middle of the week. It is not a hotel so I did not expect that at all! The apartment is well equiped as well. As we traveled with Ryanair, we found it AMAZING that we were offered beach towels! The apartment is literary new! I would say it looks way better than in the pictures! I would not hesitate to stay there for the second time and definetly would recommend it to everyone! Frank and Rita are putting their hearts in it!

Casa delle conchiglie eccellentente appartamento.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 10 al 24 agosto nella casa delle conchiglie a Trapani. Casa appena ristrutturata dotata di tutti i confort. Molto bella e luminosa. Pulizia impeccabile. Anche se situata al centro di Trapani, la casa delle conchiglie si trova in una posizione strategica lontana dai rumori della vita notturna. A 2 minuti a piedi dalla via principale dove vi possono trovare negozi, locali, gelaterie e qualsiasi cosa che una grande città può dare, a 5 minuti dalle acque cristalline che questa splendida terra offre. Ed a 10 minuti dagli imbarchi per raggiungere le splendide isole Egadi. Grazie alla ospitalità ed alla gentilezza di Rita e Franco abbiamo potuto visitare: Macari, San Vito, le saline, Erice, la riserva naturale dello Zingaro, Segesta. Spero vivamente di poter tornare a Trapani e rivedere Rita e Franco e la loro meravigliosa Sicilia.

UN "GIOIELLINO" A TRAPANI

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo appartamento superconfortevole in 5 (due adulti e 3 ragazzi). E' tutto perfetto: la posizione, l'arredo, gli accessori, la pulizia! Rita ha creato davvero un "gioiellino". Trascorrere qui la nostra vacanza è stata una fortuna. Rita e Franco ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa e sentiamo di aver trovato "il nostro angolo di relax" perfetto. La posizione è strategica per visitare tutte le zone circostanti: Erice, San Vito, le Saline, la Riserva dello Zingaro! Insomma non possiamo che ritornare! Il mio appartamento è predisposto per 4 posti letto, ma quando mi è stato chiesto se ci fosse stata la possibilità di un'altro posto letto ho detto che non c'erano problemi soltanto se i miei ospiti si sarebbero "adattati" all'aggiunta di un quinto letto. Sono stati così carini che mi sono sentita rispondere che erano disposti a tutto pur di venire a soggiornare nella mia casa. Questo ci ha riempito di gioia e così abbiamo ricevuto "l'allegra brigata"! Abbiamo cercato di dare il meglio, come facciamo sempre, con semplicità e delicata ospitalità! Our first trip to Trapani

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment in the heart of old town. The apartment has been newly renovated and is in excellent condition. There are several nice restaurants, shops and grocery stores just next door. We got a lot of useful info from the owners, and we had a wonderful stay on our first trip to Trapani. For our next trip we will for sure contact the friendly owners again. Easy to recommend.

Una casetta perfetta per una vacanza perfetta!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Trapani per 9 giorni lo scorso luglio. La Casa delle Conchiglie è stata veramente una scelta azzeccata: in posizione strategica nel centro storico, spaziosa, recentemente ristrutturata e dotata di tutto il necessario! Dare delle dritte ai nostri ospiti è una delle nostre priorità! Consigliare cosa vedere, dove mangiare, dove si trova il mercato del pesce, insomma seguire i nostri ospiti senza essere invadenti, per noi è importante. Siamo disponibili ogni volta ci chiamano o hanno bisogno di qualsiasi cosa. I nostri ospiti sono stati tutti molto attenti nel soggiornare nel nostro appartamento, lasciando tutto in ordine.
