The accommodation is a duplex of around 70 m², located in a recent villa with 3 apartments. You will have two air-conditioned bedrooms with large beds fitted with mosquito nets (sleeps 4). The other two beds are in the living room, fitted with very good quality convertible sofas with memory foam mattresses. An extra cradle can be made available upon request.

Its spacious, well-ventilated terrace enjoys a clear view and invites you to rest. The birds are there to brighten up your mornings. The property is fenced and parking is available.

Its location, near the ruins of the Val d'Or mill, allows quick access to the beaches of Pointe Marin (10 to 15 minutes on foot, depending on your spirits), Anse Meunier and Les Salines in particular (about 5 mn by car). You can make beautiful hikes in the area and admire magnificent views. Many nautical activities are available nearby: jet ski, kayaks, discovery of the seabed, mangroves, boat trips, etc.

Many shops and services are also nearby, especially in the village: mini markets, bakery / pastry shop, snacks, restaurants, souvenir shops ... The village of Sainte-Anne is about 2 minutes by car, you can get there on foot if you feel like it (count a good ten minutes).

In order to avoid any complaints and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, we inform you that the apartment is not rented for festive purposes: birthday, family gathering, etc., which can cause noise pollution, especially at night.
