Beautiful, very clean well maintained single-family home, one block from Brigantine Beach. House was recently renovated. Hardwood/tiled flooring, new appliances, central air, and new furnishings. Four bedrooms (one king sized bed, 3 queen sized bed) and 2.5 baths. Fenced off backyard, beautiful stone patio with good night lights, a grill and enclosed outdoor shower area. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is a quick walk from convenience stores, restaurants, and local shops. Perfect house to rest in during your stay at the beach. It also a quick 10 minute drive to Atlantic City Board walk and Casinos for a perfect night out in town. You will be glad for booking with us , we strive to provide you the very best beach house experience in Brigantine.

Lovely Home

This was my first time renting this property so I was not sure what to expect. This house was lovely. Every room (kitchen, living room, bedrooms & bathrooms) was perfect and very clean. The kitchen had new appliances, the living room was spacious and comfortable and the bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds. The outdoor space was very inviting. They had a garage full of beach goodies for us to use. The location is very walkable to the beach, the bay & the restaurants. The property owners were very helpful & a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to staying here again next year and hopefully for years to come.

Beautiful beach rental located within a 5 minute walk to the beach.

My family had a great experience at this beach house. The house was clean and the beds were all really comfortable. The backyard area is awesome for kids with a lot of room for them to run around. The house is in a great location. It is 5 minutes to the beach walking. The beach is quiet and not overcrowded. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was more than enough room for everyone.

Brigantine beauty

We rented 229 s 8 th st in Brigantine NJ and what a great house. The layout of the house is perfect. Large rooms with plenty of bathrooms. Bedrooms upstairs, main floor open concept dining living and kitchen. Downstairs another huge bedroom with its own private half bath. New LG appliances and any thing that you can need. The outside patio was unbelievable. Perfectly done with new chairs and tables but inside the garage was umbrellas to give you all the shade you want. As a grandma of two little ones that was so helpful. We had a blow up pool for the girls under the umbrella to get the sand off them. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. If you want a beautiful house close to beach this is the place for you.

Property was clean, furniture and appliances like new. Great location, short walk to everything. Extra space in driveway was nice to park the boat in. Two minor suggestions would be to include more knives in the kitchen and add a rain gutter to the front porch roof.

Very nice!

My family enjoyed the home and the location to the beach. The house was updated with hardwood floors throughout and new kitchen and appliances. The grill on the back deck was a nice feature for grilling a couple of nights. Bedding provided was nice to not have to bring all that stuff. Plenty of parking and garage with cart for easy transporting beach materials.

We had such a great experience staying at this Beach House! The house is newly renovated and very clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The best feature of this house is convenience. It is literally a five minute walk to the beach! Everything is in walking distance, including a Wawa, many restaurants and shops. This was our first time staying in Brigantine Beach and we will definitely come back again!

Our Family has been coming to Brigantine beach with for 12+ years. We were renters previous to 2018. In 2017, when the opportunity arose to buy our own house near the beach, it was dream come true. We love this beach and this town. Brignatine is a hidden gem among the South NJ shores.

Why they chose this property

Bought this house in 2017 and spent the past two years renovating it for the use of our family. We gave it an extensive make over with our family in mind, you will feel right at home.

What makes this property unique

Located just one block away, this house is a short 5 minute walk to the shore. The kids are able to walk to the ice cream stores and there are plenty of restaurants to dine at. It has a family feel but plenty of room for personal space.
