About this property

BEACH FRONT ESTATE SANDY BEACH Heated Saline Pool/SPA 360 Views: Please Inquire

30 Night Minimum Contract Required: Please Inquire

Want to share the magic and beauty of the North Shore?

Swing open the gate to our Sandy Beach, sink your toes into the warm, soft white sand, and greet the turtles that come in the afternoon. You might even meet the local fishermen who cast their rods and chat as the sun sets in the west, painting the sky in hues of pink and orange. Another day in paradise ends to the ebbs and flow of the tide.

This peaceful, secluded, private, and gated beachfront estate is right on the water and perfect for intimate vacations. Let me know if you want to expand your party size.

Away from the busy, traffic of the North Shore, living is easy on this quarter-acre lot with 65 feet of ocean front. There are plenty of water activities to enjoy along the beach: kayaking, surfing, standup paddling, snorkeling, swimming, and sandcastle construction. When the weather’s right, the local fishermen show up, and they’re happy to share stories. If you’re looking for a true Hawaiian experience, this is the place!

The property was named Hale Hono (Home of Turtle) because the Hawaiian green sea turtles come almost every afternoon and sometimes take a nap on the beach. Remember, they’re an endangered species, so please keep at least a 10-foot distance for photography. We prefer a 50-foot distance to give the turtles a stress-free nap.

The soothing sound of waves and trades can be heard from every room in this home, lulling you into a restful night’s sleep in this true Hawaiian oasis. Life doesn’t get much better. Read our unsolicited Guest Comments and see for yourself. Our guests never want to leave because guest comfort is our top priority. Let us know what we can do to make your dreams come true and make your stay unforgettable.

Other Amenities:

We’ve completely revamped the home with a touch of casual elegance, featuring high-end materials, furnishings, and art. And guess what? The cooking experience is out of this world! We’ve got a Wolf Gas Stove and a SubZero refrigerator that’ll make you feel like a pro chef.

Stay connected with our free high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy DISH Satellite & Hopper DVRs, and six Samsung HDTVs to keep you entertained. But you’re here for the climate, right? Well, our sprawling backyard, heated pool, and spa are all you need to relax and soak up the sun. And the best part? You have the ocean and beach in your own backyard!

Our “Maile” beach is truly treasure. It is vast and pretty much uninhabited. This level of privacy is pretty rare. We named the beach after our first born Silky Terrier--Maile.

Here’s a special note from the owner Pat: Our Oceanside Mossrock pool is tiled and solar heated. It’s a saline system, so the water is super soft and luxurious, and totally free of harsh chemicals. You’ll love watching the sunset from the backyard and the soothing feeling of the pool water after a long day of exploring the North Shore and other parts of the island.

About the host

Host profile image
Aloha All, I am a retired Intel International IT Program Manager. I have lived in the islands since 1988. I have always loved the ocean and feel there is no better place on earth than the North Shore.

Why they chose this property

I split my time between my homes at Diamond Head and the North Shore. The North Shore is my 'country' home. I wanted to a place that was tranquil, private and secluded with lots of natural beauty and sea life. Because I am not there all the time, I thought it would be nice to offer my slice of paradise with those who hear the call of the ocean.

What makes this property unique

Oceanfront, heated saline pool, Hot Springs Spa, secluded, tranquil, roomy, fully renovated, high end, tiff lawn, turtles, North Shore without the horrible traffic hassles, Haleiwa is 10 minutes away for dining if you don't want to cook or BBQ.
