About this property

This 4 king bedroom, one queen murphy bed, trundle bed (two twins), 3 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a half block from all the restaurants and shops of the Times Square/Pier area. One block to TImes Square, the pier, and the beach. Enjoy the peaceful heated pool which is covered by a Lanai to keep out bugs and leaves. The pool area has a beautiful mahogany bar on one end. The Bar has a 50 inch flat screen TV, ice maker, refrigerator and blender. BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grill. Upstairs is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area seating 8-10, a large living room with over sized tan leather couches, reclining Lazie Boys, and a 50 inch flat screen TV, 2 bathrooms, a deck, an office area, a laundry, and 3 king bedrooms each with a TV and a queen murphy bed. Downstairs is a one king bedroom apartment. The living room has a trundle bed which pulls out into two twin beds, a flat screen TV and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full bath. This apartment is conveniently located next to the pool for use of the restroom facilities and kitchen facilities. Also next to the pool is an outdoor shower for pool use or for the larger person in your group. There are fishing poles to fish in the canal and four used bikes to ride the beach or see the island. Provided also are many pool toys, sand toys, beach cart, beach chairs, rolling cooler, and beach umbrella. Along the canal is a large dock for your fishing convenience. If you would rather just lounge in the hammock on the dock or sit and watch the boats, dolphins and manatee's go by. For the youngsters there is a high chair, infant seat, porta crib, booster seat, stroller games and toys. This property is located next door to Paradise Cove which is a 3 king, 5 bath, pool, canal, tiki bar home. Put them together for a large family gathering. Paradise Cove ll is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests.

Close to Everything

House had everything we needed. The kids loved having a pool and spent a majority of their time there. We rented a boat and parked it on the canal. Owner was responsive when we had a couple questions. Location was great, easy walk to several good restaurants. Times Square beach was crowded both days we went down, so we mostly just took the boat out to find more private locations. Was nice to be able to bring the dog along and the fee was reasonable.

FAMILY VACATION

We had a great vacation. We would definitely like to stay here again. The location was fantastic. The lay out of the house allowed for privacy for everyone. We really appreciated the screened in pool. We do a great deal of cooking and the kitchen was well appropriated. The owner was easy to communicate with. No complaints at all!!

We are Rod and Tess Koster. We own Paradise Cove, Paradise Cove II side by side rentals sleeping 10-12 each with pool, Beach House across the street from these two, 4 king bedrooms and two bath, Heavenly Tropics, 4 king, 3 bath and pool, Miramar by the Sea a 3 bedroom with pool and hot tub, and Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook each one king duplex with lock out door and pool all rentals in Fort Myers Beach FL. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be near our four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We have great friends who help us out with our rentals when we are no there. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside on Fort Myers Beach which we love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Once you have relaxed take the five minute walk to Times Square and visit our tropical themed shops. Prices are reasonable everywhere on the beach. Our restaurants boast many specials.
