About this property
Nice Contemporary House With Heated Pool and Jacuzzi
Available from July 3 to July 11, 2015
We offer to occupy our house of 185 m² facing south, very bright and warm on a closed ground of 560 m².
Outside, you can enjoy a large wooden terrace (partially covered) overlooking a swimming pool of 9 x 4 m heated to 28 ° (electric cover)
You can also relax in our jacuzzi (37 ° - 5 places) located in an enclosed patio in the open.
Outdoor facilities: garden furniture, garden table, 2 chairs, barbecue, table tennis, basket ball, football goal
The ground floor of the house consists of:
- A large entrance,
- A fitted kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, small appliances ...)
- A scullery with a washing machine and dryer,
- A dining room with large table and,
- A living room with sofa and TV with DVD player,
- A master bedroom (TV) with en suite shower (walk-in shower)
- WC.
Upstairs, you will have:
- 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed)
- 1 bathroom with shower and bath,
- 1 WC.
Home equipment: TV (TNT, Bein Sport and Eurosport), DVD player, wifi internet access, board games, books, comics.
The linens are not provided.
