Be one of our FIRST guests! Everything is new in this new Old Town Scottsdale listing including the private backyard pool! Enjoy a relaxing weekend, or longer, with everything you need including bikes for touring around Old Town. We'll even do the legwork to stock the refrigerator for you so you're ready to settle in upon arrival. Walking distance to groceries, coffee, restaurants, Scottsdale Stadium and more! Scottsdale Fashion Square, Talking Stick Casino, ASU, the Phoenix Zoo and amazing spas and dining are all nearby too!

Your family and/or travel companions will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen stocked with your morning coffee of course, high-speed wifi and cable TV, comfortable spacious bedrooms, indoor & outdoor dining accommodations, an amazing covered patio and outdoor kitchen with a sparkling private pool!!! Did we mention everything is brand new??! Be the first to enjoy it all!

We strive to make your stay the best in the area, but we do have some requests to help us keep our property in the best condition it can be for all future guests:

- No pets, while we'd all love to travel with our furry friends, we want to make sure we keep allergens out of the property so it can be comfortable for everyone.

Great house & pool

Had the best time at the house. Perfect place for a birthday staycation. We had a hard time getting the pool lights and waterfall to work but the property manager got back to us and helped fixed the problem very quickly. Would recommend this property!

Overall, I was disappointed with my stay here. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. It was also 50 degrees and the heater wouldn't work so we were unable to use the pool during our entire stay. The property manager does not answer to emails - we wanted to use the fire pit since our weather wasn't the greatest but got no response on how to properly use it. The dishes were all extremely dirty - and we could not get the dishwasher to work so that explains the dishes. However, the property manager was flexible with check in/out. Although, they only give one person access to lock/unlock the house (via an app that unlocks the front door) which was not ideal whatsoever.

Came to Scottsdale with a group of us for a long weekend and we were very happy with our stay at the house. We utilized the pool and outside area everyday to break the heat. I would definitely stay here again if I come to the area!

Excellent floorplan for a party!

Our Baby Shower was a 10! Our group of 18 had room to spread out while still being part of the party. Furnishings were perfect. Many of our guests complimented the home. On the down side, we didn't get to use the pool because of inadequate lighting after dark. It was hard to find the house at night for the same reason. Other downside was the excessive "scent" in the linens. (I had to wash it out of the sheets and towels before using them as the product that had been used on them was too strong, and made me nauseous. I know some folks like their stuff to be "stinky-sweet", but I'm not one of them.) A few items needed some minor repairs: garbage disposal, freezer shelf & basket, lamp base in bedroom. Still, the home was the right place for our event and I would certainly recommend it.

The home offers anything you need. The beds are comfortable and the home very clean. Instructions on how to operate everything is in a book for you convenience. There is a remote for everything so very easy to operate. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy!

Had an amaizing weekend at the oak street home, Nick was very helpful and made our stay very relaxed and enjoyable. home is close to shopping and parks where u can take kids to feed the ducks. if you want a nice relaxed vacay at the pool the oak street house is everything we were looking for.
