Lovely Waikoloa Home
This house is so clean and spacious. Well stocked and centrally located on the island. The appliances looked brand new and beds were very comfortable.
This was the first time I rented a house for vacation and it was well worth it. The house was very clean and spacious. We were a family of five and we had more than enough room. The house was well stocked with provisions for cooking. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. It was centrally located so we were able to explore the whole island. My only two cons were, 1) The driveway was very steep, and I was traveling with my 86yr old dad. He wasn’t able to leave the house on his own . 2) The beach equipment was old and damaged so we couldn’t use most of it. Other than that we look forward to coming back!
Great location to tour the Island
It accommodate my family of 6 very comfortably. The home was well kept up. It was close to the beaches and very central point to tour the rest of the island. It was just 25 minutes from the airport. I would highly recommend this home.
My only complaint was that we arrived late at night and there were no outside lights on. This made it difficult to locate and operate the front door keypad.
Thank you for letting us know. We have informed the manager. We hope we can host you again soon!
Hale O' Waikoloa
My family and I just returned from a week in Hawaii and stayed at the Hale O' Waikoloa. We have 4 kids so there were 6 of us. It fit our family really well. The home was roomy and comfortable and the park next door was nice. I liked the location and it was not that far off the beach path so to speak. Having a washer and dryer was huge for us. We were able to use it daily for towels and swimsuits. We were also able to run some laundry before we left to make the transition home a little easier. The only negatives that I would give are a couple of small things: 1. the home could use a few ceiling fans. The fans would have moved the air better. It also cools down nicely at that altitude and fans would allow air to move in from outside to get some nice, cool, fresh air in. 2. The kitchen should be better stocked with more silverware, plates and bowls. 3. a few more towels. <br />
Those are just small things that would make a stay better. We would recommend this home and would use it again.
We stayed here in January for about two weeks. The home is spacious and wonderful for our group of four. We thought the proximity to the things we wanted to do and see was excellent! Due to the difficulties with travel during this month, one thing I think could be mproved is the check out time- it’s 1100am with no option to change to a later check out - fortunately we had friends living on the island to hang with. Overall it was lovely,
