Fairway Terrace holiday rentals

The apartment itself was very good. At times the neighbours were a bit noisy late at night. It was a bit further than we would have liked for the Ironman but would be great for beach stays as not far from Waikoloa beach, shopping and restaurants. Mahalo

The condo is clean enough. The condominium is located however in the middle of a residential block of apartments and there are obviously ongoing issues between the owner of the condo and the residents who object to you getting up early in the morning and are quite intrusive and hostile.I did not really feel safe there and that I had gotten myself into the middle of a very unpleasant situation.I felt my privacy was invaded. Also, it was not made clear that the rental is actually nine miles from the center of Waikoloa. Prepared to feel very isolated and you will also need a car to get anywhere. Finally, there were many undisclosed extras charged and an attempt to keep my insurance premium. I would not recommend anyone stay there.Not a place for a happy holiday and too far from the convention centers to be a good business rental.
