Luxury villa in a tropical garden - 500m from the beach
For nature lovers, the 158m2 villa is located in a 1000m2 enclosed tropical garden with no overlooked, close to all amenities 300M (Super U, newsagents, dry cleaning, spas, doctor, dentist, nurses, podiatrist, etc.… ..).
You will enjoy a refreshing drink by the pool (8m by 4) with a view of the sea. Numerous climbing or hiking trails are available, as well as various sporting activities (diving, horse riding surf kit, mangrove tour, etc.). .)
The beach is 500m away on foot.
The villa consists of 1 master suite with walk-in shower and separate W. C; a safe is available in the room.
2nd bedroom with 1 double bed (140/190)
3rd bedroom with 1 double bed (160/190)
1 independent shower room as well as an independent W. C serve them.
The 3 bedrooms are air conditioned.
1 baby bed is available.
Upstairs the mezzanine is composed of 2 beds of 160 with screens and fans
The fitted kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, etc.) overlooks a spacious living room which itself extends onto a large terrace sheltered by the trade winds followed by a deck surrounding the pool.
The linen is provided. (sheets, towels, kitchen and table linen,
bath towels)
