Bottom of villa with pool
This low villa without vis-à-vis built in 2015 has a complete equipment to enjoy your stay in Guadeloupe.
It is located in Le Moule, Guadeloupe 4th city, close to everything, (Carrefour Market, Leader Price, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, Spot international surfing and beaches).
The space of 70m2 outside terrace consists of 2 air conditioned bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds pushed together).
The air-conditioned lounge also has a sofa bed for 2 people. A cot is available on request which brings accommodation capacity 6 persons + 1 baby maximum.
The pool is "quasi" because the private owners and Jocelyn Gerty not go there (30 degrees is too cold!).
They built only for you and their children living in mainland France and come occasionally to visit on the island.
In the bottom of villa you will feel in a detached villa. The first breakfast is included, an entrance punch. Jocelyn and Gerty will be delighted to receive you.

Super séjour, super logement
Merci beaucoup (encore une fois) à Gerty et Jocelyn pour leur accueil. Tout était parfait. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse extrême, toujours avec une petite attention ou un mot gentil sans être trop présent. Ils ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé, calme. La literie est très bien. Wi Fi pour les ados, de quoi petit déjeuner le lendemain matin de notre arrivée. Punch sur un petit plateau. Glacière et glaçons dispos pour prévoir un pique nique. Vraiment rien à redire.
Le Moule est une petite ville agréable avec des habitants très chaleureux.
Merci encore de votre accueil et à une prochaine fois peut être.

la sistemazione perfetta
L'appartamento è situato al piano inferiore della villa dei due padroni di casa che vivono al piano superiore.
E' stato progettato per accogliere anche i loro figli con le rispettive famiglie e si nota da subito che non hanno lesinato nulla. E' nuovo, pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire ad un lungo soggiorno.
Spazioso, bel bagno, cucina veramente grande e funzionale, due camere da letto con materassi e cuscini comodi. Insomma hanno arredato l'appartamento con amore e senza badare a spese. Noi siamo stati due settimane e i bambini vogliono tornare il prossimo anno.
Ancora una cosa: E' situato in campagna, silenziosissimo, a Le Moule e la sua ubicazione è strategica per la visita di Grande-terre e delle sue splendide spiagge.
Grazie Jocelyn e Gerty, siete due persone speciali, vi ricordiamo con molto affetto

Vacance au top
Nous avons passé 3 semaines magnifiques. La location conforme en tout point à la description et aux photos. Un très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires Jocelyn et Gerty. Des apéritifs très agréables en votre compagnie. Merci encore pour ce repas délicieux partagé avec votre famille. Merci pour ces belles balades. Nous espérons vous revoir l'année prochaine. tres, tres bien
un peu de temps pour remercier la famille Anicette du chaleureux accueil.
Maison située à l'extérieur du Moule, facile d'accès, peu de circulation, facile pour visiter le nord de l'île, aller à St François, etc. Tous commerces au Moule.
Sinon pavillon neuf, hyper entretenu, le RDC, la location, super équipé, de la place, au calme .
Prêts à y retourner.

comme à la maison
Le mois de janvier étant bien loin, mais pas oublié. Un peu de temps pour remercier ce couple chaleureux, attentif à tout.
Le RDC de cette villa située pas très loin du centre du Moule, des plages, facile d'accès avec peu de circulation, départ également pour les plages du nord, de St François correspond exactement à ce que l'on recherchait. Un gite très grand, super équipé. La petite piscine suffit.
Nous n'oublions pas les moments agréables passés leur compagnie, apéro local et plus.
Un endroit idéal, prêts à y retourner. Amitiés.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé 2 semaines géniales.L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé et la décoration est moderne.On se sent comme à la maison. Le petit plus : toutes les pièces ont la clim , ce qui est non négligeable.Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine comme on voulait et même en début de soirée vu qu'elle est éclairée.
Les hôtes sont chaleureux et disponible, ils nous conseillés des endroits à visiter , de belles plages , distilleries etc
Alors n'hésitez surtout pas à réserver chez eux

Merveilleux séjour dans votre demeure. Impression de sérénité et de paix. Calme et splendides paysages ont permis de savourer mes vacances avec un gôut inattendu et mémorable.
Maison spacieuse, propre et moderne. Rien ne manque.
Hôtes agréables, chaleureux, disponibles et sans aucune prétention. J'invite toute personne hésitante à sauter le pas, vous ne serez pas déçu, bien au contraire vous y reviendrez (comme moi même)
