You can ski out to Eagle at the end of the Cul-du-sac with enough snow and the spirit of adventure. Lastly there is also a two-car attached garage with space for two vehicles which also has snow shovels and sleds for use.
Access the yellow line at the end of Tyrol for the free transit around Mammoth Lakes or directly to Eagle Lodge and the Village for Mountain access. Walk or ride up the bike path directly to the Lakes Basin for fishing, hiking and biking. All information is located in the guidebook provided to our guest once you've booked.
This is an end unit with a two-car garage. Only mid-size or small vehicles are allowed and able to use the garage. No oversized campers, trucks or vans are permitted on property during the winter season from November 1st-May 1st. Strict rules on parking are enforced through the winter season.
“PET POLICY Due to severe allergies of the hostess, PETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Service animals are allowed with prior notice at time of booking with accommodation requirements specified. Service animals may never be left unattended in the unit. Great spot for a quick weekend in the mountains. Quick and easy walk to the shuttle and super close to canyon lodge for rentals and lift tickets. Kitchen and bathrooms very nicely renovated and lots of sleeping room!
I recently stayed in this cabin with a group of my friends. The house was very nice! It’s a corner unit which we loved and the two car garage was so convenient. We were able to hangout outside and build a little sledding area. The house comes with a full kitchen, anything you may need to cook with this place will have! It’s relatively close to everything and is very peaceful! Great cabin to rent!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication was always fast with the property manager. The cabin was recently upgraded and it wasn't reflected in the pictures. It was a great surprise to us. We would recommend this place to others.
The property was perfect for our small group. The property is conveniently located between canyon and eagle lodge, only a quick drive. The house is fully stocked with every cooking utensil you’ll need. We couldn’t find extra trash bags and the management company was quick to respond and being more over.
The checkin and checkout process was so easy.
And extra important was how clean the property was!

Amazing fireplace and mudroom is great to have!
We had a large group mixed with adults and children and we fit just snugly in the condo. Having 3 levels to the condo allowed the individuals to have privacy and the common area made a fantastic chill spot after a long day of boarding. Sitting by the fireplace with dinner cooking and folks playing games at the large dining table. Things just couldn't get better than that.

Great property for 2 families. Plenty of space, rooms and bathrooms.
Garage does not fit a long SUV, like Chevy Tahoe.
Otherwise kitchen was well stocked, appliances worked well, shower had good pressure and temp, wifi was good, TV and sound system worked well, heaters and fireplace worked well ( except downstairs main bedroom heater did not work).

I'm glad you all enjoyed our place. As for the garage, we have a Yukon XL and it does fit it you back it in, that way the trunk space fits over the step up in the back of the garage.
As for the downstairs room heaters, in the binder it tells you how to "reset" the heater if it's not turning on. It's a red bottom in-between the vent, just press and it will reset.
I'd encourage you to reach out next time if you have any a question or issues. We only want your stay to be easy and stress free!
We spent a week, 2 families and the apartment worked perfectly, the bathrooms and Kitchen are brand new, heating works great. We enjoyed the property a lot and the bonus was that it had 2 indoor parking spaces (a bit tight) but it helped us avoid 2 snow storms and shoveling our SUVs out of the snow. The driveway was cleaned by the machines very quickly after the snow so we could go in and out with no hassle. If it’s snowing, you do need a 4x4/all-wheel drive car to get to the property. Would stay their again. Easy to communicate with the manger.
We stayed here with four adults and 4 kids and it was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was a fun snow play area for the kids. The condo was really comfortable. The trolley stop was great for getting to and from Eagle. It snowed the night before so the kids even skied down to the trolley stop! There was a small issue when we checked in, but the owners were super responsive and it was solved immediately. I would stay here again and recommend this place!
3 stories to accomodate up to 10 guests comfortably.
There is also the Sierra Transit (yellow line) stop 1 block away from the rental. Very convenient!
The place is huge and gives lots of living and sleeping area for everyone to be together and get some alone time when needed! Look forward to staying again soon!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this townhome. It meet are ever expectation, was super close to canyon lodge and was a great place for our families to play Aggravation.
We will return and cannot say enough and the great communication from the owners. Thank you Pilar!!

Was a very nice condo, but did need maintenance. Microwave had broken handle, no cold water in one sink, heater in downstairs bedroom would not stay on, ladder to bunkbeds broken and light bulbs burned out.

Unfortunately this person needed to write a very specific details of a few things in the condo. Renter was told about microwave handle before rental. Downstairs heater works fine, renter was instructed on how to reset. The water was just turned off underneath the sink, again renter was told about this. We’ve always had great reviews and as owners I take pride in being available whenever an issue or question comes up.
The experience was very easy, just book online, keys are in a lock box when you arrive, and you start your wonderful stay in a comfy cozy home. The home is very clean, spacious, and the kitchen thoughtfully stocked. The location is also great, close to town and parks. We enjoyed a long weekend getaway!
