Beautiful newer and modern apartment with private entrance on street level. This one-bedroom apartment includes a queen-size bed plus a new sofa-bed - both with memory foam mattresses. The full kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven and range plus it is fully stocked for your stay. Irving Park is two blocks away. Starbucks & Whole Foods are just four blocks away. Walk 10 mins to Alberta Arts District or Williams District for Portland's best shops, bars, and restaurants.

The bedroom has a queen bed featuring a Casper memory foam mattress, end-table and full closet. The living room has a top-grain leather sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen has everything you need to complete your stay plus a full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas cooktop and microwave. You will love the Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods. There is also a full-size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. All bathroom toiletries are included. The double windows allow plenty of light or pull down the room-darkening shades for full privacy. You'll appreciate being within walking distance to some of Portland's best and well-known neighborhoods. Alberta Arts District, Mississippi District, Williams & Vancouver streets are all within a short walking distance. Downtown is only 10 minutes away by car. We are close to the city bus stops which can take you anywhere you may need to go to the metro area.

We are LGBTQ friendly! Fees apply for late check-out (when available). The entrance is sidewalk level. Parking is available in front of the apartment on the street. No permit is required. Guests have access to the entire private apartment with private entrance. This apartment is on the lower level of a family home. Because we live upstairs, we are available if needed.

This is a great place to stay! Spotless, and is exactly as the pictures show. Many little touches, fresh flowers, chocolate and coffee! Excellent communication from the hosts! Easy to walk to local bars, store etc. would stay here again for sure!

This was by far one of the best properties we have stayed at. It was made exceptional because of the details, like: many bath towels, hooks to hang bags and coats on, extra blankets and a variety of pillows to choose from. The location was great and parking on the street was very easy. Would rent again!

Portland Is Awesome

In town for a concert. Found amazing food and drinks all with in a few blocks. Darling neighborhoods. Quiet street. Hosts checked in on our wellbeing but all was good and quality amenities were provided and appreciated. Bed is firm. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space.

Perfect spot for a relaxing Portland stay

Our stay was excellent, and the hosts were very easy to reach when we had questions. It was super comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. It’s located in a perfect spot close to great restaurants and easy to get just about anywhere. We will definitely stay here again next time we are visiting.

Paradise in Portland

The place was more than expected. Clean, quaint and modern everything we need is on hand and the host doesn’t exceptional job with the property. The check in process was easy to stay was very resting and a good location. A quick walk to Whole Foods for all your needs. We definitely stay here again on another trip to Portland.

Perfect Portland home base

The place is super clean, comfortable and in a great location. Quiet, clean neighborhood with easy parking. I visit Portland at least once a year and will be making this my Portland home base. Response from owners is quick and Effecient.

Book it!

Check in/check out process so simple, they provide you with pictures to access the code, eased my mind & check out doesn’t require much from the guest, which is a huge plus when you’re there to relax. The area is safe, we walked to get coffee/breakfast almost every morning @VillaVia. There’s a local pizza place next to it also, we carried out there. We walked to the park, very nice. The Whole Foods store is within walking distance & has a salad & hot bar you can make a meal immediately. Everything we wanted to do was within a 30ish minute drive. We did a hike/bike tour of the gorge-highly recommend. We visited 2 McMenamin locations. The furthest we drove was to the coast & it was approximately 1 hour 45 mins.. The host(s) checked on us at check in, during our stay & before check out, also please note they provide everything! We are fan sleepers & to our surprise there were 2 small fans in the closet. This place doesn’t miss a detail, look no further & just book!

Perfect in every way

As good as the photos show. Everything in the apartment is new, high quality and convenient. Communication with owner was smooth. The neighborhood is great for walking and relaxing. Try the Holy Goat for a drink and a meal or carry out from the Whole Foods hot buffet. Both are a quick walk away. Loved this place.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood and is beautifully and tastefully decorated. They really seem to have thought of everything, including a makeup removal cloth, skin care, and frosted beer mugs in the freezer. I'm not a beer drinker, but I appreciate the attention to detail. As a woman staying there alone, I felt safe and secure. Having a washer and dryer on site was a big plus. Super comfy bed and pillows. I didn't have a car, but there was plenty of street parking. My only suggestion is a mat for the shower floor as it was a tad slippery. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Concert weekend

We stayed in this property when we visited Portland for a concert. This is truly a 5 star accommodation. The apartment is well appointed and cozy. It is very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Since we were only in town for 2 nights we didn't cook in the kitchen but it appears well equipped. The apartment is ideally located for exploring North Portland. It is within easy walking distance of many restaurants. It was an easy 8 minute drive to the Rose Quarter. The hosts are very attentive but not intrusive. With the washer and dryer this would be great for a longer stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Very poor welcome, address not visible.

No visible address when we arrived in the rain in the dark, as arranged. Not clear which door was ours, the keypad would not work --over and over and over again --the owner upstairs did not come down when called. Finally, he decided the deadbolt was locked and eventually unlocked it remotely. We had to ask Uber driver to wait during all of this while we stood in the rain. Very poor welcome, The room was clean and lovely, but no extras. The pull-out couch was not made.
