About this property

Perfect EAA Rental! Five Minutes from the Grounds.

Ranch home located extremely close to EAA (right across hwy 41 from the grounds). Property includes back patio with table and chairs, fire pit, and .25 back lot with gym set. Perfect for those bringing a young family to EAA. Enjoy many of planes close up right from the comfort of your home away from home.

Upstairs main bathroom, master bedroom and bath, and two children's bedrooms (one of which has a bunk bed- top bed for children only). The other has a toddler bed.

Downstairs has a partially finished basement with one full bed. Their is wifi available at the house, with netflex as well. Additional appliances for use include dishwasher, washer and dryer.
