This home has one designated parking space within the shared garage and one outdoor space under the stairs alongside the garage. The garage is shared with the apartment above the garage but includes separate parking spaces and washer/dryers. The dimensions for the garage space is 6ft 2in High X 7ft 9in Wide X 17ft 11in Deep. The dimensions for the outdoor space is 7ft High X 7ft 3in Wide X 12ft 4in Deep. The only designated parking is the one space within the garage and the once space under the stairs, if you need additional parking you will need to secure public parking.

Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee for each pet ($225 + tax). Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
