My sister and I had a pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little stay

We loved this home! Tons of special touches that made it so much better than a hotel room! Bed was super comfy, shower was great. Loved that there was on site laundry. Very close to many restaurants and walking distance to river.

Cleanliness

We love staying at the property. There were a couple things that are definitely overlooked. The Keurig water container was blackened with mold? Also the sink had dried up food under the strainers. As well as being stained brown, cleaned that up with sos pads I picked up. The bathroom sink has toothpaste spit on it and was black and sooty where the water came out of the faucet. Same with the kitchen sink faucet. I felt as if these issues need to be looked at closely when the cleaning is being done in the units. Other than that our stay was absolutely satisfying

Lovely property, great neighborhood, close to everything

My friend Donna and I loved this cozy little gem in Bradenton. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch , walking down to the riverwalk, and meeting the friendly neighborhood cats . The pull out couch was ultra comfortable as was the large bed. A great stay that let us explore the area . We will be back.🙂

Fantastic ! We needed a place for a couple nights while we had a home repair done to our house. (we live in Bradenton). Very cozy & homey feeling. Super clean & very well set up for a long stay if needed. Fully equipped kitchen with every thing you need from a slow cooker to a blender. And everything in between. Will definitely stay again if needed. Bradenton's real hidden Gem! Super comfy bed, and nicely furnished. Thank you it was wonderful!

This duplex is very nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen is large and stocked with plenty of utensils, cookware and dishwater. The instant hot water for showers and dishes and filtered water for drinking are nice amenities. Plenty of towels and a comfy bed and sofa. There are many thoughtful touches. The neighborhood is interesting and walking distance to plenty of restaurants.

Super comfortable stay in a charming, well-appointed and cozy cottage.

This property exceeded our expectations, and we felt right at home immediately. The property was perfectly located for anyone to either explore locally by walking or venture further with just a short auto trip. The vintage/art deco theme was lovely, and the cottage was more than spacious for 2 people. We had friends stopping over for brief visits as they transported us places and it was comfy enough for a group of 6 to hang out for a bit. We did not do any serious cooking or meal preparation on this trip, but we surely could have with a well-appointed kitchen containing every single thing one could possibly need. Seriously, I am talking even a Thanksgiving Dinner!!! Our host was most accommodating, and kind and we definitely would consider returning to this cottage!! Kathy and Cortland Ender

Cozy Cottage is Very Nice

We don't go for the modern hotel type places, so this was right up our alley! About a 1958 duplex w/plaster ceiling accents, tile flooring, great old tiled bathroom, and all the necessities plus extras in the kitchen. There is plenty of room for clothing storage. Would have been nice if there were cleaning supplies (i.e. 409), but maybe there were and I just missed seeing them. The bed was soooooo comfy! And owners were smart and had a throw for the couch if you have dogs/cats with you. The fenced back porch was perfect to let our dogs out in the middle of the night for a bathroom break. The covered front porch was really nice to sit and read a book. The neighborhood is very nice, lots of trees, quite, no traffic to speak of. The driveway is very tight, we had a hard time getting our full sized truck parked. Riverwalk is a very pretty walk along the river and yes, it is close buy, you really don't need to drive there. Beaches are a bit far, but they don't allow dogs so you need to go to the river instead. The ONLY bad thing I have to say is the traffic! Traffic was terrible no matter where we went or what time of day we went. And the "old town" main street, we thought it was going to be shops and restaurants, but it was only government buildings and bars. That was a disappointment. All in all, if you are looking for a get-away place to sit and relax this cottege is PERFECT!

The location was perfect for us. Close to everything we needed. So enjoyed the front porch for our morning coffee and evening cocktail. The back patio was a treat to get out of the sun. Their was more in the cottage then we expected . Will definitely stay here again.
