Part of the Gulf Highlands community, this condo includes all the amenities your family needs for an entertaining getaway. Apart from this community, though, are tons of restaurants, shopping plazas, kid-friendly attractions, and parks and trails. Panama City Beach, a resort town, caters to guests' many desires and interests, making your family vacation one for the books.

With a flatscreen TV and plenty of space, including a recliner, a loveseat, and a couch, the home's living room offers a great area in which guests can relax as they watch some cable or catch up on some sleep. There's WiFi available for your use. The full kitchen is only steps away from the living room and includes everything you need to whip up a refreshing summer salad or a delicious dessert. The bar makes food prep simple, and so does the dishwasher.

The two bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed, plus the sofabed in the living room provide space for up to six lucky guests. Flatscreen TV (in one of the bedrooms), ceiling fans, and nightstands with lamps offer additional convenience. The washer and dryer ensure that lodgers can keep their swimwear fresh each day of their vacation. There are two screened in porches (upstairs and downstairs) for your enjoyment as well as a gas BBQ grill.

Kids will love taking advantage of the many pools that this home's community offers. Bring your own tennis racquets for a competitive or friendly game of tennis before you and the younger ones head over to the miniature golf course. Later in the evening, the whole family can head to town for a delicious meal or to check out some of the fabulous attractions that Panama City Beach houses, like luscious beaches and beautiful blue waters.

Just okay…

The property was not cleaned & we didn’t have access right away due to the owner having his days mixed up. The condo was super dated. The linens, towels/rags, and dishes were old & worn out. There were no plastic bowls or cups for kids. There were no paper or plastic plates or utensils. The ice maker was very slow. The beach carts & accessories were also very dated. We were given instructions not to put the air conditioning below 72 degrees. This property worked for my family to stay for a week, but I will look into a different property next time.

Great place

This is our second year in row staying here and we love it. It is nice and clean and an easy walk to the entrance. Hopefully we can continue to stay here.

Great Family Beach Location

Had a bit of trouble with check-in but Michael was prompt in helping take care of things for us. The location is great and my 4 year old had no problem with the 8 minute walk to the beach. Having all the amenities and being close to a lot of great restaurants was very convenient. The house was a perfect size for a family of 4. I would certainly recommend this place.
