There are two bedrooms upstairs (a king guest room and another guest room with two twin beds), each with its own bath. On the lower floor, there's a main bedroom with a king-size bed and its own bathroom, as well as another bedroom with a pair of twin beds that shares the fourth bathroom, and a queen bedroom. Additional features include multiple decks, a gas grill, three TVs (including a 42-inch TV in the family room), Blu-ray and DVD players, wireless internet, a two-person tub, and an updated kitchen renovated in 2012. This home has parking for up to three cars.

This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
