This fabulously renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental features four bedrooms, a seamless open floor plan, stylish décor, and multiple gathering areas. The home is about a 5-minute walk to the beach.
Natural light and soaring ceilings welcome you into the home’s stunning living areas. The main living area offers comfortable seating around a flat-screen TV and flows into the kitchen. Fit for a chef, this completely renovated kitchen boasts premium appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare your vacation meals. Enjoy dining at the chic navy island, which offers barstool seating for four, or the kitchen table, which offers dining space for six.
Three of the four bedrooms are located on the main level. The first downstairs bedroom, a light-filled and spacious primary suite, offers a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a double-sink vanity and large walk-in shower. The second downstairs bedroom features a calming blue color palette, queen-sized bed, and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third downstairs bedroom has two queen beds, a chic coastal aesthetic, and an attached bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combo.
Upstairs, you will find a large bedroom with two queen beds, vaulted ceilings, and an attached bathroom with a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower. The upstairs also has a large second living area with a sectional sofa, TV, and card table.
Enjoy dining al fresco or simply relaxing on the home’s screened porch. The porch offers comfortable seating, a dining space for up to six guests, and two ceiling fans to keep cool. The uncovered deck has a gas grill, perfect for cooking out with family and friends. The backyard is surrounded by nature, providing both beauty and privacy.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300.
