Villa Calmont : Oasis of Serenity in Aveyron with Private Pool and Jacuzzi

The hamlet of Labro, where we settled there several years, is typical of villages in the region. Situated not far from Espalion, he took advantage of a real peace and a privileged location overlooking the Lot valley. For a long time we wanted to show and share with others. It's done this year. On neighboring land of our house, facing south, we decided to build three villas, very contemporary and blend in perfectly with their environment.
Each of them has found its place on the side of a gently sloping hill, to enjoy a unique and unobstructed view. The villa Calmont is the one located on higher ground. It faces the castle of Calmont d'Olt on the opposite slope.
We imagined this villa of 125 m2 for everyone to experience the holiday in their own way and comfortable way. It has a heated pool (June-September) of 3,50mx8m private, secure, private upscale spa, two terraces (50 and 150 m2) equipped with large tables, barbecue and bathroom Sun. A play area is available for our guests who want to share a drink together or a game of ping pong. For those staying with friends, four bedrooms and three bathrooms organized into two family suites help maintain some independence.
And because we want these holidays can be Labro special moments for everyone, we take care of the household (performed regularly every 2 days) and provide all linens. Each villa is also equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer iron and ironing board, oven, microwave, food processor, espresso machine, induction hob, hair dryer in each of the bathrooms ... Cot and high chair are available on request for baby.
We leave you with enough to discover our beautiful region -the Aubrac plateau, its burons and cutlery, Rodez, Soulages museum and its cathedral, the villages of the Valley of the Lot and the vineyards - and a few samples of his gastronomy. But our door remains open and of course we will be happy to exchange and share our favorite addresses.
