Entire upstairs 4 bedroom apartment centrally located in Marquette. You can walk anywhere in town from this apartment. Quiet pets allowed with fee! 3 bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds & there is lots of closet space throughout the apt for storage. The 4th bedroom has a full size futon. Living room has a comfy couch & love seat & a 55 inch flat screen w/ cable tv & hdmi capabilities. Kitchen has a stove, fridge, sink & dining table w/ chairs, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, microwave & coffee maker w/ filters. Bathroom equipped w/a shower & tub, towels & toilet paper. Air conditioning in summer. Plowed parking & shoveling in winter. Laundry in basement. This apartment is a mile or so from Lake Superior beaches & Lower Harbor. Directly across the street from Blackrock's Brewery, Third St Bagel, Cafe Bodega & Downwind Sports. Within walking distance of many local restaurants (Third St Bagel, Lagniappe, Vango's, Stucko's, Casa Calabria, Portside, Steinhaus, Landmark, Sol Azteca & Dig’s), pubs & breweries (Blackrocks, Ore Dock, Vierling, Third Base & Flanigan's), wedding venues (Landmark Inn, Masonic Temple, Marquette History Museum, Yacht Yard & Ore Dock Brewery), Marquette General Hospital (Duke Lifepoint) & Northern Michigan University!! The host provide the right information in a timely fashion. Property was very conveniently located for our weekend, was comfortable and very well maintained. Decent kitchen for meals and comfortable living room for everyone to gather. We were there for Northern Michigan graduation and it was 5 minutes from the Superior Dome. Right across the street from Black Rocks for celebrations!

Unique location across from Blackrocks Brewery… convenient but also can be loud late in the evening depending on what’s going on. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen are clean.

This is our third time staying at this property and it cannot be beat. The location is within walking distance of almost everything you would want to do in town and a short drive to NMU and trails. The space is huge and comfortable.

We were up for NYE and really enjoyed the location here. Plenty within a block and downtown is 4 blocks down the street. Nice and clean apartment with plenty of room! Comfy beds made it even better. Thank you for the great stay!
