Beautiful warm and cozy apartment furnished with care and very functional in a luxury chalet Savoyard tradition facing south.

The apartment has 3 rooms, one with 4 bunk beds and shower corners, one with 2 single beds and TV, the last with a double bed, TV and balcony. Bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer and toilet and another separate toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen (pyrolysis oven, induction plates ...), second balcony, TV, free WiFi.

Rental Winter / Summer
New construction (2008) with lift, private garage, local skiing and outdoor parking. At 100m from the slopes, ski school, from kindergarten, daycare, numerous shops such as ice skating, bowling, restaurants, bars, ski rentals, lift boxes, bus stops .. .

La Rosiere 1850 the ski resort is a family resort very snowy, south and has an international field of 160 km tracks with connection to the station Thuile (Italy).

Nous sommes des fidèles de la Rosiere depuis 20 ans bien qu'elle se soit un peu trop développée nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cet appartement près des pistes aménagé comme un chalet dans une résidence calme avec tout le confort

Très bel endroit

Appartement très agréable avec vue imprenable sur les Arcs 2000, et sur Tignes en fond de vallée. Un seul petit bémol sur le ménage à la charge des locataires qui ne doivent donc pas tous avoir la même conception de la propreté. Le propriétaire est en revanche très accueillant et très disponible. Nous recommandons vivement, d'autant que c'est à notre avis plus sympathique de se trouver aux Eucherts plutôt qu'à la Rosière même.

L'appartement est impeccable et suffisamment grand pour accueillir 8 personnes, chacune ayant ses aises. Le départ des pistes est à 100mètres (petit bémol) les marches à monter pour arriver sur le front de neige, avec les skis, c'est pas le plus gai. Petit plus : les places de garage couvertes.
