A charming house by the sea with two bedrooms, a nice veranda and a large garden, located 100 m from the beach, a sailing school and tennis.
A 5 minutes walk from the shops from Saint-Pierre Quiberon. A little piece of paradise!
House very well located on the Bay of St-Pierre Quiberon. Direct access beach.
First floor: large attic room accessed by an exterior staircase only, 3 single beds + small fireside, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Very nice view of the sea.
In addition to the two bedrooms, the living room has a sofa bed for your guests surprise.

Regatta holiday

The property was perfect for us! It was walkable to St Pierre town and the sailing centre. The bikes at the property were very helpful as well for exploring.

Haus in Strandnähe/ sehr schöner Lage

Das alte Haus liegt in einer charmanten Straße mit vielen alten Bäumen, die wirklich Flair hat; allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Es wird offensichtlich nur grob gereinigt. Leider ist die Treppe ins Obergeschoss sehr schmal und das Außenlicht, das bei Dunkelheit notwendig ist, war nicht intakt. Ein wirklicher Mangel ist, dass es keine benutzbaren Schränke gibt. Das untere Schlafzimmer hat nur eine Kommode und das im oberen Stockwerk hat zwar einen Schrank, aber dessen Regalbretter sind voller anderer Dinge, es steht ein Staubsauger im Kleiderschrank und es gab nur drei Kleiderbügel. Wem es nichts ausmacht, zu improvisieren, ist hier richtig. Wenn man über diese Dinge hinwegsehen kann, ist die Unterkunft ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Strände an beiden Küsten von Quiberon.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in Strandnähe

Die Kommunikation war zu jederzeit hervorragend. Sehr liebe Vermieter. Das Haus ist klein aber fein. Wir haben die obere Etage nicht henutzt, weil die Kinder nucht alleine schlafen wollten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Lage in superschöner Umgebung

Quiberon ist absolut eine Reise wert und St. Pierre weniger trubelig als der Hauptort und doch mit allem versorgt, was man braucht, uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist supernah am Strand gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Anders als in der Beschreibung befinden sich zwei statt sechs Rädern im Objekt, die beiden sind auch nur noch für kurze Wege geeignet. Die eigenständige obere Etage ist super für Kinder im Teenageralter. Einziger Punktabzug für unsere Ansprüche war die Sauberkeit des Objekts, hier haben wir nach dem Einzug nachhelfen müssen. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Haus in einer ganz tollen Urlaubsumgebung.

Belle maison a deux pas du centre village et de la plage

Superbe maison avec un beau jardin dans lequel on peut apprécier le soleil toute la journée. La chambre en haut offre même une vue mer et le bruit des vagues est a entendre pendant la nuit. La cuisine est très bien équipée, la communication avec les hôtes très facile et l'accueil sur place s’est également très bien passé. Tout est comme sur les photos, décoré avec gout. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ein charmantes Strandhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Es liegt nicht direkt am Strand, der Zugang befindet sich jedoch in umittelbarer Nähe und wir sind mehr als begeistert von dem Ort St.-Pierre-Quiberon, seinen Stränden und seiner Umgebung, die man mit Fahrrädern sehr gut erschließen kann (highlight: Cote Sauvage!). Das Haus selbst ist ausreichend groß für 5 Personen, wobei 3 ältere Kinder in der oberen Etage ihren eigenen Bereich mit Dusche und WC vorfinden, der nur über die Außentreppe zu erreichen ist. Das ummauerte Grundstück ist angenehm groß und bei gutem Wetter kann man dort bowlen und Federball spielen, aber auch sehr schön sitzen (und grillen). Ein gemütlicher Essplatz für kühlere Stunden befindet sich im Wintergarten oder alternativ im angrenzenden Wohnzimmer. Hier besteht sogar die Möglichkeit, den Wein vor einem Kaminfeuer zu genießen. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsbedarf besteht in der Küche - eine Spülmaschine würde den Aufenthalt angenehmer machen und die Schiebetüren des großen Geschirr- und Vorratsschrankes in der Küche sind etwas schwergängig. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir möchten uns bei unseren Gastgebern Karine und Nicolas für ihre nette Art und freundlichen Tips herzlich bedanken! Wir würden dieses Haus gerne wieder buchen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Einschränkungen

Das Ferienhaus liegt ideal, kurzer Weg zum Strand, auch zum Zentrum des Ortes. Die Vermieter sind bemüht guten e-mail Kontakt zu halten. Aber: Die Sauberkeit in Küche und den Bädern war enttäuschend. Das Haus und der Schlafboden riecht feucht, mussten ständig durchlüften. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für uns nicht. Schade!

Kleines typisch bretonisches Haus am Meer

Ideal für vier Personen. Schöne Lage. Alles was man braucht ist mit kurzen Wegen zu erreichen. Alles notwendige ist im Haus vorhanden. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Vermieter waren per mail jederzeit erreichbar. Das ein- und aus-checken total unkompliziert.

La maison est vraiment très bien située juste à côté de la mer et des commercants :-)

La maison est vraiment très bien située juste à côté d'une jolie plage de sable blanc et des commerçants et aussi juste à proximité de très belles randonnées à faire sur les sentiers douaniers. Elle est située au calme. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et réactifs en cas de problème. Nous allons garder un très bon souvenir de ce séjour dans cette location !
