About this property
Waterfront Family Complex with Dock, Walk to Beach. Fishing off of dock!
Beautifully appointed rental perfect for a beach getaway! This property offers a unique feature with a private dock and dockhouse! Truly a must see...There is a private playground for guests only. Beautiful marsh views and only a few blocks away from the beach! Fishing available off the dock. Paddle boarders, kayakers and water sports enthusiasts will enjoy the ability to access the water in a private setting.
This unit is the largest with 3 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a full size washer and dryer free for use during your stay! Outside BBQ grill perfect for grilling on warm summer nights!!
The dock house and dock itself are private to the property only. If the other units are occupied, the dock and outdoor amenities will be shared with guests.
Each unit has its separate entryway and exit and locked doors.
The history behind the home: Several years ago, my husband and I purchased this home. The previous owners had divided the site into 4 separate spaces complete with separate entries. Our initial thought was to convert the property back to 1 whole space sans the divisions. We however soon found that to do so would involve essentially tearing the structure down and starting over as these renovations would require that we bring the building up to current code. This home is pre- 1970's and because of the nostalgia and charm of the place, we decided to leave it as is for now. Having said this, there are quirks to the property including slower drains, and some nostalgic flooring dating. to the 1970's. We personally. love the. character or the place and hope you will enjoy it as well!
