Coming to the mountains doesn't always mean cabins and roughing it.....at Magnolia In The Mountains, you get the private mountain setting while having all of the touches of a modern upscale home to enjoy.  The history of Magnolia In The Mountains is visible on its back screened in patio....you will find shiplap siding original to the smokehouse that had stood behind the old farmhouse, the outside chimney was taken down piece by piece and reconstructed into the inside fireplace, and paneling in the front bedroom was taken from the original farmhouse dining room. Magnolia In The Mountains renovation is reminiscent of a Chip and Joanna Gaines' "Magnolia" design and completed in Jan 2017. Experience the rich history of this home while relaxing in its serene living spaces. DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.



Magnolia In The Mountains is a renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom farmhouse that sleeps up to six (6) and offers the following:



King master bedroom on the MAIN level with ensuite bath and 42" flat-screen Smart TV with Roku

Master bath on the MAIN level has tiled walk-in shower, large garden tub with dual vanities and private toilet room

Queen bedroom on the MAIN level with private bath

King bedroom on the UPPER level with separate bath

The bathroom on the UPPER level has a tub/shower unit

Spacious farmhouse kitchen with a  sink and large butcher block island with bar seating

The dining room features a farmhouse table with bench and chair seating for up to 8 guests

The living room has ample seating for everyone around the floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace (gas fireplace only active Oct 1st- Apr 1st) & 42" flat-screen Smart TV with Roku

Foosball and 42" flat-screen Smart TV with Roku entertainment room on the UPPER level has lounging area for guests to enjoy their own space

Expansive deck off of the kitchen/dining area with custom-built farmhouse picnic dining table

Screened porches off of the master bedroom feature ship-lap siding original to this farmhouse before the restoration

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:











Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include $165 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and 13% lodging tax
