During renovations, only ONE , space will be provided per unit. The parking garage has a 7’ clearance. Take advantage of our special rates during renovations. All current pricing reflects the impact of exterior renovations.

The Guest bedroom has a full-size bed, a full-size dresser, guest bath with a walk-in shower. The living room includes a new queen pull-out sleeper sofa, as well. For the infants to be able to sleep, we have a playpen crib.
We have the convenience of a workstation with a 27-inch LCD monitor and a keyboard, for those looking to work.
The laundry room is off the kitchen and contains a full-size washer and dryer and there is great storage space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-top stove, full-size microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, oven, dishes, glassware, and all the utensils you will need. Enjoy your meal in the dining room that seats 4 people comfortably or at the breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. We also have an infant high chair.
All linens and towels are provided. There is also an ironing board and iron.
You just have to walk a few steps down to the beach, where you can go for a swim, catch some waves on your surfboard, or soak up some luminous rays with the sand between your toes.
